Tylenol's Pro Gay Campaign
One Million Moms.com ^ | 6/19/15 | staff

Gay and lesbian couples are featured prominently in Tylenol's new #HowWeFamily campaign, which aims to change the face of the American family.

A same sex prom couple and two gay dads with a baby are among those featured in the campaign's first TV ad. A voiceover declares, "Family isn't defined by who you love, but how."

Tylenol is glorifying all modern family types by stating a family is based on love not traditional marriage, and then showing gay couples with their children. One Million Moms believes family is based on love, but this does not justify normalizing sin. 1MM does not agree with the need for Tylenol to support same sex marriages or couples.

Plus, Tylenol recently used a lesbian couple shown nose to nose in a printed magazine ad. It was included in Good Housekeeping June 2015issue on page 21, to name one example. At the bottom of the ad it states that Tylenol is a national corporate partner with the Human Rights Campaign.

Companies should advertise the quality of their products, or in this case, how and when to take a medication and why it works. They should not be highlighting who is attracted to whom or who sleeps with whom. This is a marketing decision Tylenol will regret.

This gay-inclusive commercial is attempting to desensitize viewers. There is concern about the way this ad is pushing the LGBT agenda, but an even greater concern is the way that they are attempting to redefine "family."

TAKE ACTION

Please contact Tylenol (owned by Johnson & Johnson) through our website urging them to pull this inappropriate commercial immediately and remain neutral in the culture war.

Also, let Tylenol know that continuing to air this ad and other offensive advertisements in the future will force your family to make the decision to no longer purchase Tylenol or Johnson & Johnson products.

It is believed that ancient Greece had sex between men and boys as a common practice, on the home front women were just used for housekeeping and making babies. There didn't seem to be much closeness between the sexes.

Men in Afghanistan also have this practice of using boys for sex. I have wondered how human societies can become so abhorrent, my belief is that probably at some time in the past there was some really sick leader who pushed his perverted ways on the culture, probably a pedophile who preferred boys and had access to many young boys. The young boys probably grew up to prefer male sex partners over females and the pattern became set in the culture. What you said about enemy nations taking over the perverted nations is probably true as perversion over time will emasculate the culture, a more masculine culture will probably move in. It might take centuries for a culture to collapse but it could be a long time pattern.

Family is based on DUTY, loyalty, reciprocal obligations, and blood.

I quite agree.

Love grows after a marriage, after a lifetime of sharing responsibility & cultural values. This doesn't mean, however, that chemistry isn't important. There must be some kind of attraction & compatibility, some commonality of background, goals, etc. However, love is not the focus. As you said, it's duty & loyalty.

Gay marriage is the proof that the concept of "love" in Western society has become a farce. It is just as easy to fall out of love, which usually results in a union based totally on sex or emotions. This is the reason most gay marriages fail -- as well as many religious or ethnic "intermarriages," even among heterosexuals. There is no foundation. People who throw away tradition really just want to do their own thing. Instead of accepting the reality of marriage, they are basically shooting the arrow, then drawing the circle around it.

Two people doing their own thing are just two ships passing through the night. Tradition has a way of biting back.

Just scanning the list of companies, it appears that there are many from New York and other liberal voting parts of the country.

Planting seeds is the way to go. A few well chosen words at the right times will make an impression even if they do not respond right away. It takes a few years for the truth to pop like a daffodil in spring. I was a liberal from about the age of 18 to about the age of 27. I started to question some of the lefts ideas for several years before I finally strongly and permanently rejected them. The real turning point was the fall of Saigon and the 1975 beginning of the Bicentennial celebrations. During the beginning of the Bicentennial celebration there were some idiot protesters making noises at the Concord bridge as President Ford tried to honor the start of the American Revolution. I was so disgusted with those leftist clowns that I have never looked back. I have been as conservative as conservative could be since then and that includes socially conservative as well.

The commieDems used the social issues like gays and abortion to divide the nation and get many sons and daughters of conservative people to come over to the liberal side, the RINO is a product of that effort. The liberal social issues have made people wishy washy on what are really spiritual issues that go to the soul of a people. Look at what they did to the relationship between men and women, they corrupted it through the sexual revolution, they promoted abortion, and they promoted the drug culture, all things that are designed to appeal to the young. Now it is gays promoted as a tribute to tolerance.

How long did it take to get all these companies on the list? I suppose that once they got a few top businesses the effort just snowballed...follow the leader.

Corporate America is also selling out their country through the support of the TPP and TPA. They stand for nothing.

Narcissistic hedonists are perfect descriptions of gays. Their politics begins and ends with what they have between their legs.

I worked for years at a local store. During those years I witnessed many children throwing tantrums, it has occurred to me lately that most of the homosexuals that we have seen these past thirty years are acting like those tantrum throwing small children. There is something wrong with the way they act, it may have a lot to do with the way they were brought up. Nobody else acts that way.

I must give credit where credit is due, to the leadership of the Southern Baptist Convention (I am a fundamentalist independent Baptist). They recently came out with a strong and unequivocal stance against the sodomite agenda, including a call for civil disobedience if the SC rulings in any way interfere with religious freedom and the liberty of conscience. After the swing of the SBC in 70s and 80s towards the left, the pendulum appears to be swinging back-at any rate, it's the strongest stance I've heard put forward by a Christian denomination or large Christian group. (Independent Baptist churches are, well, independent as far as formal organisation, hierarchy, that kind of thing, plus being fundamentalists, we've never put much stock in the political process as far as getting involved as a group. Falwell was a fundamentalist-turned-evangelical by the time he got involved with the Moral Majority. The fundamentalists steered clear, because we really mean that “separatism” thing, as far as the church getting publicly politically involved as a church-plus, as I said, we are a more-or-less loose coalition of churches who share doctrine, and practice for the most part, and would be difficult to organise for political purposes, if we did believe in it. But it has never even been needed to be said, by fundamentalists, that we'll practice civil disobedience under those circumstances, it is taken for granted).

The rise of the so-called “neo-cons” (Rove being an example) have been itching to ditch overboard, social conservatives. They’ve felt safe to come ‘out of the closet” about it recent years.

Rove and others like him are just worldly people, they do not want people with conscience looking over their shoulders. Honest people creep out shifty people and vice-versa.

The Democrats are very enthusiastic about doing the devil’s work—abortion, drugs, homosexuality. The Republicans are only about the money.

Will a band-aid be any good for a ruptured sphincter or perforated bowel?

That’s about the truth of the matter anymore. I have thought for some time that it’s quite possible the GOP has been infiltrated by “sleeper” “rats, who would either overtly or covertly support the left’s agendas once they accrued enough power (ie Boehner as speaker). This tactic worked with academia and the media, then eventually with the military and the nominal “Christian” church, why wouldn’t they use it to destroy from within, the “opposition” party? Because it’s just too uncanny that almost everything this GOP Congress has done since capturing the majority has been anti-conservative, even blatantly supportive of Hussein’s agenda-which makes sense when you think that too many on both sides aren’t all that ideologically-driven, they’re driven by self-interest, or the interests of the lobbyists who represent money and power they could only have dreamed of, as honest representatives of their constituents.

The same thoughts about “sleeper cells” have occurred to me as well. Don’t forget that the communists are the tip of the spear in the Democrat party. They have been subverting and taking over institutions for many years. Even Senator Joseph McCarthy tried to expose the way that communists entered ALL kinds of groups and organizations. He was the man who knew too much and had to be destroyed. A great book to read about McCarthy is: “Blacklisted by History” by M. Stanton Evans. McCarthy was taken down by the political/media axis of his day. At that time people were very naïve about the media.

And even that long ago, the media had close enough to a monopoly on the media and academia to smear McCarthy and his work, revising history as it was being written. Even young conservatives don’t know the truth about McCarthy, not surprising when the right almost immediately caved to the narrative and stood back while he was demonised. He was “uncouth” to the NE country-club GOP, so they just didn’t really care. It is hard to even get to the truth with documents in order to show young quasi-conservatives the truth about McCarthy, what he did and why it needed to be done. Even they have bought into the “red witchhunt” narrative when it comes to McCarthy. And stupid movies like “The Way We Were” don’t help. They think that’s truly historical, especially when it’s been buttressed all their lives by what they’ve been taught. Too bad this generation isn’t rebellious enough to try to seek the truth for themselves, instead of taking the pervasive leftist narrative and premises for granted.

Supposedly a “Family Company”. Nothing but big corporation that follows trends and fads.

I have always stayed away from those companies.

It might take centuries for a culture to collapse but it could be a long time pattern.

It doesn't seem as though the US is taking very long to make buggery a legitimate sexual practice seen by a great many Americans to be as normal as male/female sexual relations. Needless to say, God isn't going to tolerate this rebellion against His established order of nature indefinitely. His wheels grind slow, but they grind very fine.
