The Waco PD is planning to present on Facebook this week the reasons why they were at Twin Peaks that day. This is probably where the “investigation” is starting. They’ve got to answer “why the bleep” they were there in the first place before they answer “how the bleep” they lost control of the situation.

In your short discussion, you specifically referred to those that were arrested in Waco. YOU narrowed it down to that population.

1. They had previously broken up a biker altercation at the Twin Peaks the previous month.
2. Bandidos and Cossacks were warring gangs.
3. Bandidos moved their meeting into Cossack territory.

Are you suggesting that the WPD should have disarmed everyone that pulled into the parking lot?
Twelve rounds of .223 cal. What were the Waco PD shooting at? What kind of bullets (jacketed? frangible?)? Did they hit their targets?
