Pray tell me. if the guy that got into Harvard Law with a Cum Laude from Princeton and then graduated from Harvard Law with a Magna Cum Laude Doctor Juris did not get into Harvard on merit, then who did?

Given that he applied to Harvard Law with a Cum Laude from Princeton(not to mention national debating champion), it's totally irrelevant what race he ticked, he'd still be one of the top applicants. Plus of course he was one of the most brilliant students Harvard Law has ever had.
