They have determined that “Marriage” no longer exists.

And the Equal Protection Clause, like the Due Process Clause, prohibits this unjustified infringement of the fundamental right to marry." This ruling provides no ability to prevent polygamous, incestuous, group, and beastial marriages in the future. The family no longer exists in law in this country.
