Some Christian (establishment) churches will not marry ANYONE who is from another faith. Some organizations will not allow convicted felons.
Look at the USSC case where religious accommodation HAD to be made. Now carry this over to people issuing marriage licenses.
Let me throw a GIANT FREAKING monkey wrench into this. They can crap on Christians all day and get away with it. Has anyone asked any Muslim/Arab organizations how they feel about this. Maybe they are OK with it...

Rules and laws are not absolute. We no long have 3 branches o government. No checks and balances. Our representatives do not represent us. The USC is whatever a handful of barrackaucrats say it means.

Horse Hockey! The Blacks and Hispanics have been doing just that for generations. The problem with 2008 and 2012 is more than just those that sat out voting this go round, it is the roughly 33% that sit it out EVERY go round. This nation needs as close to 100% voter participation as it can achieve. The tyranny of the liberal cities is crushing this nation and their exceptionally loud voice is intimidating the concervative, rural voter into not voting.
Let the blue states secede.

On paper. They go to church. But, they are Catholic. I’m sad to say that nowadays that’s = Christian in name only. Heck, even the Pope has become more Leftist than Christian.
A vast majority of Jews have already demonstrated that they are Liberal first and Jews second.
A majority of Catholics at several elections, before this, have demonstrated the same.
A majority of Hispanics have already demonstrated the same (support illegal immigration first and foremost).
I hope my pessimism is misplaced. Only God can save us. And He can do it.
It only matters if people rise up in the millions. Isolated instances will actually play into the hands of the authoritarians who will take them down as domestic terrorists rather than freedom fighters.

let the blue state residents LEAVE. Why should they mooch what others have bled to create. Let them go to Germany or Iran.
