Hurt the Genitals Only Party in 16?
So if I understand the wishy washy senator correctly, if we want a republican president in 16 is to become more liberal??
Message received.
Of course when these limp super soft politicians begin speaking of WE they definitely are NOT speaking of THE PEOPLE.

I’ll stop short of euthanasia.

I think their rights are being violated, in that the scientific pursuit of a cause for their condition, and a research into their cure is now impossible.

Should a gay person wish to undergo therapy to change that condition, their lives can be turned upside down.

The guy you hear tapping his feet in the next bathroom stall is Lyndsay Graham.

It’s conservative to elect liberal Republicans.
WOOO! Look at me I voted
McConnel
Boehner
McCain
Graham

Now I'm a conservative.

Fortunately you don't get to define what is or isn't conservative.

“The guy you hear tapping his feet in the next bathroom stall is Lyndsay Graham.”

That’s pretty creepy.

Amazing how homosexuality has no physiological, reproductive, moral, parental, or societal basis for being, but it is now considered normative.

Oh, and these two dads can get together and decide on behalf of the child that a dad is as good as a mom for what mom is supposed to do in the parenting process.

What also doesn’t get enough airplay is the ingrained pedophilia of the cultures we let into the US. In many Mexican families, young girls are often and routinely asked for their asses by either fathers, brothers, or uncles.

Absolutely - we could sure use more of that since people here in the US are so uptight.

This of course, is what the Republican Party cares about - not hurting their own chances at power.

Nothing about America. I quit voting for the Central Oligarchy. They are vile.

Disgusting

Enough of these perversions promoted by the left. . Just because anyone can claim a gemder preference. Unless their body parts change with it. As with discharges of eggs from a male body part, and sperm from a female body part, that validates such a claim . Otherwise that assertion should be dismissed as a mental disorder and treated as such .

The same applies to this perverted concept of marriage which destroys the concept of family . If Our Creator wanted mankind to procreate like animals wouldn’t God have willed the act be performed using the same method instead of facing each other ?

...And replace it with rejecting the federal decision as utterly unconstitutional. The Constitution, the ONLY source of federal power, gives the feds NO POWER to interfere in any way with marriage. The Constitution is at the center of this and every federal act and is the basis of it's validity or illegality.

I realize that interracial marriage is a different animal but I'm afraid that ship sailed with Loving vs. Virginia.

Republican Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina told Chuck Todd on NBC's "Meet the Press" that if the Republican party doesn't change its official position on same-sex marriage it will "hurt" the GOP in 2016.

Why, so Lindsey Graham can come out of the closet finally?

Lindsey, everyone knows your gay already, FFS just come out and admit openly for crying out loud.

Prediction: by the time we get to the 2016 elections, the fruits of the big gay lobby will be fully exposed and America will be craving a return back to normalcy.

Who knows, we might even experience a revival of traditional family values as the gaystapo over-plays their hand.

Actually, an amendment that gives explicit rights to the STATES to define marriage might have a better chance.

Considering the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution already states that "All powers not delegated to the United States (read that: Federal Government) by the Constitution are reserved to the States" has already been grossly violated by ObamaCare and "homosexual unions" how's another Amendment that the Executive and Judicial branches of our government have already chosen to completely ignore going to help matters here?

Here's the problem we face as Americans:

1. The Judicial Branch of our Govermnent specifically the Circuit Courts and the US Supreme Court are unelected, unaccountable to the American People in any way, and there is nothing stopping a leftist-bound court from simply re-writing the laws before it, or instituting a "right" that is found nowhere in the Constitution.

2. The Executive Branch of our Government (President, Vice President) is not being held accountable for over-stepping its bounds in any meaningful, consistent way by the Judicial Branch. 23 times Obama has been overturned by the United States Supreme Court, which has only resulted in Obama continuing anyway, without fear of repudiation by either the Courts, or a complicit Congress.

3. The Legislative Branch of our Government is corrupt to the core. Power and influence are for sale to the highest bidder and the will of the American People is no longer the business of, or concern of, those elected legislators. Further, the elected legislators do not fear being turned out of office by their constituents. Why? Because election laws are rigged in their favor, and more often than not turns away those who genuinely want to serve their country through money, fear, extortion, blackmail and about every little bit of dirt that any incumbent's campaign can dig up on an opponent, further limiting those who might run against an incumbent.

Now, how do we fix this problem, since it cannot be entirely fixed through the ballot box, if in fact the ballot box means anything anymore?

Forget about Loving v. Virginia. The issue is the true precedent which was laid much earlier in the Slaughterhouse cases of 1873 which held that the ONLY valid incorporation in the 14A against the states was segregation of ex-slaves. To the degree Loving conforms to that standard, it is valid. Any expansion of that without constitutional rationale must be thrown out.

The history of the 20th century is a story of the feds overturning Slaughterhouse and other long-held precedent without constitutional grounds to do so. It is time to overturn long held but invalid and unconstitutional laws and decisions that themselves invalidly overturned long-held and VALID and Constitutionally-based precedent.

Federal acts that have effectively nullified the Constitution must in turn be nullified by the states in favor of the Constitution.

I don’t see that happening.
The reason this has come so far so fast is that in spite
of being a really small percent of the population the gay lobby has managed to get the support of a majority of mainstream America.
At least half of the conservatives I know are at best neutral on this and consider it a non issue.
