Notice how the country club Justices rule for big business when it involves their profit and loss and how they do not rule for ordinary conservative values when it does not effect the corporate bottom line. Does that tell you something about the country club GOPE rino wing?

Even water can be poisonous. The question is how much is ingested over what period of time.

I suppose the Supreme Soviet ruled this way just to try and placate the Conservatives. No sale.

The ruling doesn't matter. Obama will just ignore it like he always does if he doesn't agree with it.

It's nice to be King, no?

Goes to show that you can always count on four of the justices to always be on the “loser” side,no matter what the case is or the will of the general public. There are many cases they should have recused themselves on if they had any decency.

What? They didn't write “Congress The EPA passed the Affordable Care Act pollution rules for power plants to improve health insurance markets energy producers, not to destroy them. If at all possible we must interpret the Act in a way that is consistent with the former, and avoids the latter,”

and then just rewrite the pollution rules?

Why is Business Insider running a picture of coal power plant in Germany with this story on EPA rules on American coal plants?

Yes, the EPA has already gotten most of what the EnviroLobby wanted, BUT this is still a victory when you consider what the results of a reverse ruling would have been. This is a ruling FOR limitation of administrative rule making as opposed to imperial-type bureaucrat governance. This may have an influence on the current EPA “Waters” vs “Navigable Waters” overreach.

I hope!

The EPA is pure fecal matter.
It all started when they began pushing the man-made Climate Change LIE.

I'm waiting for Obama to call for the banning of Dihydrogen Monoxide.

I wonder if Bill Nye the Anti-Science guy or the pope have call for all humanity to stop using it.

“Each year, Dihydrogen Monoxide is a known causative component in many thousands of deaths and is a major contributor to millions upon millions of dollars in damage to property and the environment. Some of the known perils of Dihydrogen Monoxide are: Death due to accidental inhalation of DHMO, even in small quantities.

Prolonged exposure to solid DHMO causes severe tissue damage.

Excessive ingestion produces a number of unpleasant though not typically life-threatening side-effects.

DHMO is a major component of acid rain.

Gaseous DHMO can cause severe burns.

Contributes to soil erosion.

Leads to corrosion and oxidation of many metals.

Contamination of electrical systems often causes short-circuits.

Exposure decreases effectiveness of automobile brakes.
Found in biopsies of pre-cancerous tumors and lesions.
Given to vicious dogs involved in recent deadly attacks.
Often associated with killer cyclones in the U.S. Midwest and elsewhere, and in hurricanes including deadly storms in Florida, New Orleans and other areas of the southeastern U.S.

Thermal variations in DHMO are a suspected contributor to the El Nino weather effect.”
