Additional, Obama has demonstrated that he can withhold the DOJ, to ignor Federal law, why can’t the States do the same. ( re immigration)

In fact, the Republican Congress should offer new amendments to the Constitution for each of these ridiculous rulings so they can fail miserably in the legislative process clearly displaying that what was ruled by the court has NO basis of legislative support whatsoever and should be treated as the nonsense they are.

That would require that people like Boehner and McConnell have testicles. Sadly, they both had testiclectomies long ago.
