Donald Trump Refuses To Back Down On Immigration Stance After NBC Firing
Hollywood Life ^ | June 29 2015 | Bonnie Fuller

Posted on 06/29/2015 7:13:00 PM PDT by WilliamIII

Donald Trump’s not worried about hearing ‘you’re fired’ — and he’s not about to backtrack on his beliefs. Right after NBC cut all ties with him, the presidential candidate was already in a press conference, and revealed that even though NBC doesn’t agree, he still stands by the controversial remarks on Mexican immigrants.

Following being dropped by NBC on June 29, Donald Trump, 69, revealed that he was not going to backtrack and that NBC was actually just mad that he was running for president. The network announced that they were ending their entire business relationship with Donald Trump, dropping both Miss USA and Miss Universe, while Celebrity Apprentice would continue with another host.

“They didn’t want me to run, because they wanted me to do The Apprentice,” he said at a press conference. “I just told them I cannot do The Apprentice, because I’m running… They are gonna take a different stance and thats okay. Whatever they want to do is okay with me. As far as ending the relationship, I have to do that, because my view on immigration is a lot different than the people at NBC. NBC may not agree with me. I told NBC I cannot change my stance. The fact is my stance on immigration is correct.”

Good for him.

The other RINOs = GOP lie and lie and lie
and then submit to their Traitor, from ObamaTRADE
to ObamaCARE, to Iran, to Amnesty.
Worse, they instigated the IRS attacks on conservatives
and the TEA Party and have covered it up using
corrupt Issa and Cummings. Disgusting.

I am very happy to know that Trump is not apologizing for anything. He is too smart to step into that trap.
Say what you mean, mean what you say, and stand by it.

So, when does “The Donald” come out from under his bed where the unconstitutional ruling by the Supreme Court over Gay marriage is concerned?

It has now been 3 days and Donald has not uttered one word, one opinion, one way or the other on this ruling.

Why don’t some of you supporters of Donald get him to man-up and lead.

You can’t be the leader of the Free World and not lead.

He already backed down. He said illegal immigrants are hard working decent people.

If this firing is not staged, he's losing a lot of money he call I'll afford to lose.

Most of us wouldn’t vote for someone married 3 times if this is true about DT and if it happened to be true about some others. Still. As to the other, this was discussed last night. I don’t think there is much to add on that.

Discussed last night or not on Freerepublic, Donald Trump has chickened out on this Gay Marriage ruling by the SCOTUS.

Which means in plain terms, his so-called belief in traditional marriage between a man and a woman doesn't mean much if he can't bring himself to speak out against the Unconstitutional nature of this latest SCOTUS decision.

No, his answer does not please you. You will try to pigeonhole this conversation as if it is an absolute truth. It isn’t to me, he said he supported Traditional Marriage. You are saying he should have said “I support Traditional Marriage and am opposed to Same Sex Marriage” when the CNN announcer was trying to pounce on Trump’s 3 marriages.

“When Tapper pointed out that someone might present Trump with the idea that being married three times isn’t necessarily “traditional,” Trump first admits these people have a very good point. In true Trump fashion though, he then of course took the opportunity to slyly appeal and compare himself to his interviewer as well as talk up how successful he’s been by saying:”

So iow, Tapper went to press Trump on the 3 marriages; this above is from Perez Hilton’s blog I found in a news search of “Trump” and “Gay Marriage”, but it is an accurate depiction of the interview. What you are doing is engaging in mudslinging and it isn’t even a rational view.

That interview was BEFORE the SCOTUS ruling.

That being said, even if it wasn't, his job as SCOTUS, is to protect and defend the CONSTITUTION of the United States. Everything else is 2nd place.

If he cannot be depended on to DEFEND the constitution, he isn't ready for Prime-Time and is unfit for the office of President.

No, what I am doing is pointing out a weakness that "The Donald" needs to address.

Everybody in this country, including most political candidates, are continually caving to the Left’s cultural Marxism, political correctness. “Act and say what we (the Liberals) want you to or we’ll destroy you. That is cultural tyranny and totalitarianism. We still live is a free country with freedom of speech. Offensive speech is what is protected from being silenced. There is no mention in the Constitution that protects all the woosie victims and lily-livered liberals from being offended by everything they don’t agree with in life. They have invented the word “microaggression” to apply to anything anybody says that they use as an excuse to tuck their tails between their legs and weep, whine and wail with big crocodile tears about how hurt their “feelings” are. They have invented so many of these alleged microaggressions, that they would fill what the rest of us call the Dictionary of the English Language.

I haven’t decided who I will vote for president in 2016 because it is too early for all the smoke to clear, but it is not too soon to realize that Donald Trump is breath of fresh air in this country, saying what’s on his mind without couching and scripting every word out of his mouth like Hillary Clinton does. She looks like a first year speech student, afraid to say what she believes for fear of making a mistake or offending someone.

Let Donald be Donald and the Left will expose themselves on how un-diverse and intolerant they are in this country. NBC is a perfect example. Instead of being in the communications broadcasting business, they have decided they are into the politically correct business instead. It’s about time someone stood up to them and said, “Enough is enough!”. Sue them for breach of contract. Keep it up Trump. Give ‘em hell.

In Mexico one of the oldest newspaper El Excelsior published five days ago, that illegal immigrants from Colombia, are the leaders in the arrests of those that commit crimes based on arrest statistics . Trump did the same, what is the difference? Like Trump said here is not political correct but in Mexico it is correct.
