RUSH: Donald Trump continues to dominate the news and the news cycle. He is not backing down. Yesterday we got the news. You know, it's amazing to witness cowardice. It's all over the place. Emmitt Smith was a judge in one of Trump's beauty pageants. I guess it was Miss USA. Emmitt pulled out. Says he doesn't want to be associated with any of this stuff. Trump said, "Who needs Emmitt Smith? Judges are easy. I'll go get another." (laughing) You just got to love this. (imitating Trump) "Who needs Emmitt Smith? He's a loser anyway. He isn't a big name. I don't know how he became a judge in the first place. I'm going to fire the person who hired him. It's easy to get a replacement judge."
He's talking to Don Lemon on CNN. Don "Black Hole" Lemon. And Lemon (imitating Lemon), "Donald, why do you have to say -- my God, Donald, why did you have to accuse the Mexicans of rape?" So Trump cites the statistics of women being raped, and Lemon said, "Yeah, but why did you have to --" and Trump said, "Well, Don, who is doing the raping? I mean, someone is doing the raping, Don. Did you ever think about that? You can't have all these reported rapes without a bunch of rapists. Who are they, Don?" Blah, blah, blah.
"I just don't think we need to go there."
"That's right, Don. But I'm going there because somebody needs to go there. Who are the rapists, Don?"
BREAK TRANSCRIPT
RUSH: Let's get to the latest Trump sounds bites. Last night on CNN Tonight Don Lemon was interviewing Trump, and during a discussion about NBC dropping Trump and Macy's dropping Trump... By the way, Serta mattresses is the latest. You know, Trump has a mattress line, and Serta makes it and sells it. They have announced that at the end of their deal with Trump at the end of this year, they are getting rid of Trump.
Every one of these outfits -- NBC corporate, Macy's, Serta -- have all said (every one of them has said), "We are inclusive and we believe in diversity and we do not see immigrants from Mexico in that way at all! That's just not how we see them, and we cannot abide these comments by Mr. Trump. So we are distancing ourselves from Mr. Trump." They all say it. The fact that the immigrants are here illegally, that doesn't seem to bother them. The fact that...
You know, the government will not tell us. There are no full-fledged -- and you can't find them if you go looking for them -- statistics on the crime rates of illegal immigrants. But it's pretty huge. I mean, there's a story a week of some atrocity committed by some illegal immigrant. The fact that it's happening is undeniable. There just isn't any official news on it because the Regime doesn't want there to be. So Don Lemon announces all of that, and he says to Trump.
"Macy's cut ties with you today. They took the stuff off your shelves. They say, 'Macy's is a company that stands for diversity and inclusion. We have no tolerance to discrimination in any form. In the statements made by Donald which are inconsistent with Macy's values. We've decided discontinue our business relationship with Mr. Trump.' How do you respond to that?"
Trump is a hero and I will simply stop shopping at Macy’s, which we have right here in town.

"Let's not go there." Yeah, let's pretend it's not happening. It's like the only thing in the world that matters is not offending Latinos. Better for girls to be raped, people to be murdered or killed by drunk drivers, the border areas trashed, emergency rooms shut down, schools and neighborhoods wrecked, anything but offending Latinos!

Here we have a field of politicians, both first-timers and has-beens, including the renowned governor of my state, Piyush ‘Bobby” Jindal.
THEN .... we have two INDIVIDUAL Americans, both business-savvy, both bullish on America, and with a long memory of what has screwed this country up.
It’s getting interesting, folks.
Looking at the field as it stands now, Cruz is my Number 1 by a big margin, but Trump is making a good impression. It helps that he and Cruz agree on all the issues. They have somewhat different styles, but neither are afraid of speaking the Truth.
I’m not a Trump supporter but damn it, it’s GREAT having someone on the GOP side with the guts to just tell it like it is...no holds barred and damn the consequences. If Trump keeps this up he just might find himself elected.
Trump is like General Patton—he may slap a soldier and get bad press but when times are tough, like in the battle of the Bulge, your glad you have him to save the day. Maybe he’s the one—an unlikely pick, thats true, to pick up the fallen banner of Ronald Reagan.

I quit Macy’s when they jacked up the prices and suddenly had only a few choices in women’s wear. I might as well shop at Nordstroms for the same price.
Also today Rush mentioned how no one seems outraged and is just going along with the gay marriage edict and such. I sent him an email of the following - I don’t think I’m alone in this thinking:
“Rush, we do not accept gay marriage or other...however, what happens if we say anything in public? IRS? Heck, they can seize your life savings. The EPA can just simply claim my back yard as a sanctuary...They can destroy your life. That is the reason ...we are not going away but, When the people fear the government that is tyranny; when the government fears the people that is liberty. Talking to friends about this in “safe groups” is one thing, saying it out loud or to a pollster, is too risky.
Rush, you know where we are at this point; there is no freedom of press, religion or speech...”
Trump said last night on Lemon’s show on CNN that he took information from Fusion which is own by
Univision.
Right now I’m still in Cruz’s camp myself, but Trump is rising fast in my chart.
He tells it like it is bluntly, unrefined and unprocessed. He’s unfettered, unconstipated. True, sometimes he paints with a broad brush and sometimes it’s even contradictory, but like a broad stroked impressionist painting, the essential picture comes through loud and clear.
I love his courage, the way he calls a spade a spade, and the way he gets into people’s face. He’s genuine. And, most importantly, I think his value are similarly enough to mine that I could support him.
Sure, he’s got a huge ego, but that’s not necessarily bad if his values are right. In fact it could be a big plus in implementing them.
Can’t wait for the debates.
I am thinking this is the most refreshing election I have seen in a long time....
Trump isn’t afraid to call out the b. s. because he is not ‘owned’ by anyone or anything....
NBC, Macy’s and the others are peeing their pants because nobody backs them down....
I’m getting the popcorn and pepsi ready, this is just getting started...
I know! I am enjoying the heck out of it. Seems too good to be true, and it probably is. But for now, I am basking in the fact that a Presidential candidate is FINALLY speaking the truth! The American people have made it abundantly clear we want the border shut down and illegals GONE. No one has ever spoken for us. No one ever panders to us. Both parties have done nothing but Hispander and try to push amnesty down our throats. So Trump is like a breath of fresh air.
