Perhaps if Cities can eschew FEDERAL IMMIGRATION like San Fran Sicko and Denver can be “Sanctuary Cities” , other Cities can declare themselves a “FEDERAL TAX FREE ZONE”......

This act of what would be basically "Secession" is what got the last one going. Don't rule it out. The SCOTUS has basically called for it with the language in their homo marriage decision.

Nothing will happen until Christians are sent to jail for their beliefs. If Oregon sends the Christian couple to jail for refusing to bake a homosexual cake, it will ignite the powder keg. Just wait and see.

I threw a boot through a TV set one night in the clintoon years. Refused to watch the bastard... this is much, much, much worse.

For years we have all been saying, “If this continues we can’t recover.” Well, it has continued and continued for a long, long time.

I’m for more than civil disobedience. I’m for taking back the republic and the LIBERTY we have lost that has been replaced with petty freedom.

We have too many laws and the law is not blind anymore. All men are not equal just as all animals are equal but some are a little more equal than others in Animal Farm.

Too far, government and politicians have been allowed to go too far. They need to be reigned in with prejudice. That is the only way they will be stopped and the only way that other reckless politicians will ever remember not to do this crap.

We are all tippy toeing around it.

BS, when do we start and how and what is our first issue?

What do we take on as the first mass disobedience?

Obastard care?

What is the most obscene action taken by this administration against us? It is obastard care and thousands upon thousands of little cuts.

We have three branches of a federal government that no longer follow the Constitution. Why would they follow an amended Constitution?

No on in the District of Corruption will amend their ways, but some of the proposed Constiontional Amendments that Levin's book proposed WILL RETURN POWER TO THE STATES - IT WILL BE UP TO THE STATES TO REIN IN DC. For example returning the election of US Senators to the state legislators rather than just a popular vote,

100% correct. I didn’t think one bad President, even if he is the worst ever, could manage to dissolve the Constitution in just 2 terms. He has done it in less. Of course he had lots of help. All those responsible should be made to pay for their high crimes and treason against the nation and its people.

We should accept nothing less. Obviously there is major corruption in SCOTUS now. Those 4 or 5 members need to be removed asap. All decisions during their terms need to be open for review and reconsideration.

Good Lord...read Mark Levin’s THE LIBERTY AMENDMENTS... It is all spelled out and the suggested amendments are clearly listed and defined. A complete roadmap all done and waiting for you to read it and act on it.

I personally believe that any police officer, solder or other government official that willingly violates their oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States and thereby bringing tyranny upon the American people just ain't worth their salt.....

If their is justice in this world, I certainly hope it finds them in the most expedient and least expensive manner possible....

Wrong again. The actions taken by LE that day were exactly what we need to be worrying about.

With 27 casualties and 177 people arrested and incarcerated; most of them wrongly, it is the perfect example of government overreach unless you think this Mexican style of law enforcement is ok in America.

Yes, that is basically it; I cite the Romanian Revolution of 1989. If ever the vast majority of people had nothing left to lose, Romania was the test case. Funny how a country with a total gun ban was taken over in a matter of weeks by a well-armed populace.

The constitution gives congress the power to sentence capital punishment for treason.

The “greatest generation” took out the trash at Nuremburg. We are way past that point.

Anything congress does anymore is just kabuki theater to try and fool us into believing we are represented.

The amendatory process under Article V consists of three steps: Proposal, Disposal, and Ratification.

Proposal:

There are two ways to propose an amendment to the Constitution.

Article V gives Congress and an Amendments Convention exactly the same power to propose amendments, no more and no less.

Disposal:

Once Congress, or an Amendments Convention, proposes amendments, Congress must decide whether the states will ratify by the:

The State Ratifying Convention Method has only been used twice: once to ratify the Constitution, and once to ratify the 21st Amendment repealing Prohibition.

Ratification:

Depending upon which ratification method is chosen by Congress, either the state legislatures vote up-or-down on the proposed amendment, or the voters elect a state ratifying convention to vote up-or-down. If three-quarters of the states vote to ratify, the amendment becomes part of the Constitution.

Forbidden Subjects:

Article V contains two explicitly forbidden subjects and one implicitly forbidden subject.

Explicitly forbidden:

Implicitly forbidden:

Proposing Constitutional Amendments by a Convention of the States: A Handbook for State Lawmakers

State Initiation of Constitutional Amendments: A Guide for Lawyers and Legislative Drafters

“Is it Time for Civil Disobedience?”

Don’t think so. It’s time to arrest and convict neo-Nazi racist democrats and send them to prison.

In South Carolina, 10 of Holder’s racist goons were arrested under the state’s anti-klan law and sentenced to 10 to 30 years in state prison.

A great point bringing up the bikers in Waco. The people should have raised hell over that. But we didn’t because those bikers “aren’t like us”.

We didn’t raise hell over Ruby Ridge or the Branch Davidians because they weren’t like us.

We didn’t raise hell when the Patriot Act forced us to become criminals when we bought airline tickets.

Going back even further we should have raised hell when the FBI started cracking down on “hippies”. But we thought that was wonderful because “we” hated those dope smoking hippies and war protestors and we weren’t like that.

The list goes on and on and has been growing for decades. But we shouldn’t worry if we haven’t done anything wrong. Remember that? There are still people on here who will say that.

We call Edward Snowden a traitor for pointing out that we’re all being be spied on. (But we shouldn’t worry if we’re not doing anything wrong. But I repeat myself.) When the politicians started calling him a traitor we should have known the opposite was true. What are they afraid he’s going to tell us about them? And what would we do if he did tell us things about them that would make us puke?

The problem is we all have too much to lose now and “they” know it. JMO

Great post on the 29th. I forgot about the FBI going after King. The people should have exploded over that. But most hated King so they approved of what the politicians, with the help of their FBI, did to him. Of course, the FBI controlled the politicians, too.
