There are gated communities in Brazil of 30,000 mostly White residents. The one I read about has a private security staff of 1,200. Non-residents must have a 'pass' to enter and exit.

BTW, Brazil has more Black residents (~200 million, self described) than any country outside Africa. The USA has 30-40 million Blacks.
