Amid the ongoing media coverage surrounding Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump on illegal immigration, Thursday’s NBC Nightly News surprisingly went down to the U.S.-Mexico border to further understand on the situation.
Following a news brief that mentioned a protest at the site of a Trump hotel being built in Washington D.C., anchor Lester Holt explained that even though some are “angered” by Trump’s remarks, they “are striking a cord” “for others” as they “believe he’s calling attention to a vital threat along our border.”
With surveillance footage of illegal immigrants crossing the border into Arizona being played, correspondent Mark Potter explained how “[f]or several years, hidden cameras in the Arizona desert have captured scenes like these, of drug and immigrant smugglers, sometimes armed, hiking through miles of American ranchland after illegally crossing the U.S.-Mexican border.”

What NBC, ABC, ABC, Reuters, AP, NYT, LAT, CT, BG and all the other rabid liberal media are actually hoping is that GOP division gets so bad, Trump will go third party and pull off another Perot spoliation. To that end, and at this point, they are giving him all the play he’ll take. Also, there is an added diversionary benefit that detaches the focus away from Hillary’s emails, IRS, NSA spying, OPM incompetence, Obama and all of the other combined scandals.
It’s what I’d do if I wanted to tank Hillary.

I suspect so. But regardless of how that division shakes out, I will NEVER vote for Jeb Bush under any circumstance.
Say what you want about him, but Trump has made more progress on educating people on the disaster on the border in one week than the GOP or any politician has been able to make in the past 35 years.

Call your Senators and Congressional reps and tell them that you want legislation to end sanctuary towns, cities and states, and if the places refuse to overturn their sanctuary policies, then not one dime of Federal money for anything.
We cannot have some laws followed and some not. That is anarchy.
Also demand a wall be physically built at the Mexican border.

In another two weeks, they go away for all of August on their recess, and they hope like hell that you won’t be as pissed about the illegals when they come back.

Yeah, well it appears that two “con-servative”(s)elected officials I contacted regarding the tpp/tpa from my location didn’t see it my way. The other one is hairy screed and it never does any good to contact him. So, the two supported the tpp/tpa and all I got in response was boilerplate BS. Looks like “giving” the house and senate over to the gopE was a waste of time. So, do I think they’d do anything to push for a fence or suspending fed bucks to sanctuary cities. Nah. But I’ll contact them anyway. Just call me Thorny.
