Exactly. Hunter had far more political experience than that of the TV star who, btw, left congress to pursue his career with his Hollywood buddies.
Thompson was a good man. But if border security is as important as some pretend it to be now that they are supporting liberal Donald Trump, Hunter was by far the better choice. He wasn't a TV star, though.
HE is doing that......but his conservative cred is extremely shakey!
The “folks” in DC are none too happy, I’d reason...oops...that’s racist, a white man’s construct.
Uhm, I suppose the folks in DC aren’t happy that he’s exposing them for the traitors they are.
As for the FR folks, well, ignorance of DT’s positions really shouldn’t be an excuse for supporting his candidacy...yes, he’s chucking rocks at the hornets nests...but that doesn’t mean he’s the best man for the job(WH).
Iagree with all of that, but you refused to confront the points in the article.
Did you see the part about Universal Health Care? The interview where he said he was “a liberal on health care”.....
I agree with all of that....Trump is doing us a lot of good right now.....but he’s not the conservative answer....and Jonah (STeyn) has some pretty good lines in the piece.
You are not reading very well.
Shoulda been Hunter/Thompson in 08. Might have even gotten a few stoner votes.
In other words, you’re admitting defeat and not reading a damned word of the article or of what I said.
Ignorance becomes you. In fact, you have become it.
thank you for not reading the article and showing your ignorance.
He won’t be the nominee.
Hopefully Cruz will rise to the top of the heap and then the Donald will bow out
I confronted all of the questions the guy raised. The rest was just the guy’s bloviated opinions and unmerited attacks.
False choice ma’am. Cruz.
you need to read more, comment less....
I actually have talked him up, but then again, that knowledge would require you actually reading something before yapping.....not your strong suit.
I did see that. I believe one of my posts had that direct quote in it. But at the same time he espoused a preference for market based methods to accomplish that.

We got liberal Mitt Romney instead.
Now we're looking at liberal Donald Trump.
Some people never learn.
Well played...
And it's related to this. One of Trumps appeals is that he's forcing the GOP e to confront their RDD about immigration.
