The SWATs had silenced rifles and the windows at Don Carlos should be double-pane glass with a low-pressure gas inside.
You wouldn’t have heard the silenced rifles at all, but there was a mention of snipers on the roof of Don Carlos that were probably not Waco police (because of silencers) but could have been DPS or feds.
Also, Swineton said that Waco cops only fired 13 rounds but there could have been other agencies involved and firing. We’ve only gotten spin from Swineton.
We won’t know for sure for a while.

I am having trouble with visualizing the perspectives from the DC camera and the cell phone vantage point. I expect the Conservative Tree House has something for that.

Looks like they've got a lot more things in place to stop infiltration than the so-called "criminal biker gangs" do. Wastoute, I love your suggestion that outlaws start infiltrating law enforcement -- but man, LE has sure taken steps to prevent it, it appears!

I just can’t understand these dudes love of anarchy.
I know there are theses types that cultivate clashes with LE by going from city to city in an effort to destroy our trust in LE and cause disorder in our society but to hear directly from them on FR is sad.
Anarchy is where we are going. Get ready for it.

The two most heavily armed motorcycle ‘gangs’ in New Jersey (10-15 years ago) were the Blue Knights and the Wild Pigs. Both were law enforcement only.
There were also Secret Service, FBI and Federal Marshals who rode with them. I don’t know what other agencies may have been represented.
If I am correct, the only folks bearing arms IN New Jersey would have to be law enforcement, correct? We had to skip driving through New Jersey altogether because we had a Florida license plate and LEGAL firearms ... except in NJ, where, we'd been warned, LE pulls over FLA drivers knowing that they may well find "illegal" (in NJ, anyway) guns.
I sure hope the Blue Knights and Wild Pigs are ANTI civil servant.

Smarter and more productive all around to read USEFUL input from savvy FReepers who, while we may not agree on what went down at Waco, we DO heartily agree on what DIDN'T go down. The plants/dupes are wastes of time and serve only to distract from the issue at hand.

I have a hard time thinking that the dude in orange, the most visible one there, would make such a distinct move as bending over to place a ‘drop gun’ knowing that both Twin Peaks and Don Carlos have surveillance cameras never mind that a lot of patrons are watching, many with cellphones.

If bikers don’t want all cagers to cast them in the same lot then bikers should not cast all cagers in the same light.
If bikers want the cagers to give them a safe distance buffer, then bikers should also respect a safe distance buffer.
