>>> Holmes showed no emotion as the verdict was read. He stood with his defense attorneys as Judge Carlos Samour read the long list of charges and each verdict. <<<<

Non-human, no emotion.

They are up to count 87 and so far guilty on all counts.

For some reason, they keep saying after each verdict that "Part B is left unanswered and that the answer in Part C is yes."

Does anybody know that that means?

Watching this on a live feed. The loser just has his hands in his pockets and is rocking back and forth on his heels.

Part B - “Did you find the defendant NOT GUILTY on this count solely based on the defense of insanity?”

Part C - “Did the defendant use, or possess, or threaten the use of, a deadly weapon?”

Not really, I missed the beginning of the verdict being read.

If anybody else knows, please enlighten us.

Thanks. I’m just glad that insanity is not a factor here and he will be held fully accountable for what he did.

It would just save everyone trouble to just toss him in a box and bury him today. He can perhaps find his humanity in the 20 or so minutes it takes to use up the air.

Only partially correct.

Dig him up just before he expires and then do it again. Dig him up 23 times and bury him 24 times.

oops. Florence is for federal inmates. this POS will be held in Sterling with the 3 others currently on death row, who we all know will never be executed here. it’s a travesty.

Too bad a CCW movie-goer didn’t send this clown to a dirt nap before he did so much damage.

CO is an “anti-death penalty” state. we’ve only executed 1 death row inmate in the last 47 years.

The judge should sentence him to death, and then tell him he's free to leave.

Nah, this is the only thing I agree with China on.

Take him out on the courthouse lawn, put a bullet in the back of his head, and send his family a bill for the bullet, and the trial.

yep. the governor here is a committed lefty who plays the part of an “aww shucks! i’m just a moderate small businessman democrat”. he employed a cop killer in one of his restaurants. he was behind the chinook fund for very progressive causes. he is a family friend of the kid who murdered a dominos pizza delivery driver so that he could steal the uniform to pose as a pizza driver to murder the head of the state corrections department. this kid was very suspiciously released 4 years early from prison “by accident”. all facts virtually never discussed by Denver media. do not ever fall for any hype about Hickenlooper. he’s bad news. he should never be allowed to become a national figure.
