“I think the ‘117’ number is the number of evil bikers “

The number of guns recovered was 151.

“They’ve already accused them all of that!”

Apparently you haven’t read the affidavit.

It’s Texas.

From your name, you think you’d expect a large number of guns from ANY cross section of Texas populace.

Carry on with your propaganda, though. Don’t let me slow you down.

“I take it that you have not been paying much attention to this travesty of justice in Waco. For those interested in the activities of prosecutors across this great land, also take a look into what has been going on the Madison, WI.”

I have been following both! But I don’t see anything in your reply regarding your inane comments about killing bikers. Was it sarcasm? The remark seemed to be more than extreme.

In any case not releasing the autopsy results appears to be a very important point for the DA. As far as I know they haven't even used the old “tox screens aren't back yet” excuse. I know some of the dead have been buried but have all the bodies been released? I also haven't seen an interview with a wounded victim. Were they told to be quite or risk being charged? Don't recall if any of the wounded were initially charged, I suspect if so that would be why some are not talking but all of them?

Returned no real exact results in the first two pages.

Re: the wounded

Name; Club; how shot; by whom shot

Ray A. Nelson Jr.; Cossack; in the neck; Bandido, his testimony
Jeffrey Veillon; Cossack; in the arm
Jeff Battey; Bandido; in upper shoulder
Reginals Weathers; Bandido; his arm, entered his chest and exited the other side
Paul Miller; in the gut
Cliff the prospect; Cossack; paralyzed from waist down
Country; in the jaw
Red Bull; in the back

The first two were not arrested but subject to forfeiture.
I don’t see Miller on the arrest list, nor a Cliff.
Battey and Weathers were arrested and subject to forfeiture.

This is all I have seen about the wounded, other than the initial report that most had shot wounds and some had knife wounds.

That's my understanding. Even if the command is illegal and/or unconstitutional, there are good reasons to hold communications. The burden is on the government to justify its actions.

At this point, the secrecy is claimed to be justified on the grounds of not compromising an ongoing investigation, and not tainting the jury pool.

I can point to some anonymous accounts that claim to be first hand. See amyirenewhite.wordpress.com. Lots to read. You might also check aging rebel and conservative treehouse.

The number of wounded was stated as 18 (originally 19 but one died at the hospital). I have never seen a list of the wounded. What I have been able to find out was in biker statements in the forfeiture document and Weather’s testimony at his bond reduction hearing, etc.

BTW both Bandido and Cossack versions are in basic agreement that Cliff the Cossack prospect “initiated” the confrontation either by “disrespecting” the Bandido Club President as he was parking, and/or got his foot run over, and then Cossacks and Bandidos went into the foray to defend their own.

Cliff, the prospect, is paralyzed from the waist down.

Some have speculated that the foray was instigated by LE dressed as Cossacks. Does anyone know if Cliff the Cossack prospect is LE? If so, he did not take off his Cossack garb and cross over to the LE side, as some have speculated.

"we should kill whoever we suspect ..."

Plus anyone who rubs us the wrong way, we don't have to put up with any that sort of thing, we have the power, use it.

They don't need to kill anybody. The law has already allowed our civil servants to leapfrog due-process and legally punish/destroy lives permanently first, either by being shot to death, or consignment to years of heavy expenses and procedures for due process in court.

At the point of a gun.

The legal machinations relating to this event will be playing out for a decade, I'll bet. In the end, justice will be murdered.

Justice has already been murdered.

Pretty much. But the courts will abuse the corpse, to make sure we all "get the message."

I agree that due-process violation is possible and is occurring. Right now, it is the exception, but if we know anything about government, it is that the exception becomes the rule when it comes to increasing its power.

Someone made an incredible post not too long ago: “In a very short period of time, these will be the good old days.”

That, or former Fed. Or paid provocateur. Something.
