She has the same general look as that despicable Sarah Bernhard.
An old Neighbor and his Wife were sort of Hippie Types back in the 60’s. The Husband even got busted for growing some Pot Plants in their backyard, oh the Humanity.
Anyway, they had two Kids and they let them use Swear words at home. They believed that words were just words and couldn’t be harmful. I was about 13 at the time when I heard their 7 Year Old Son use the F word. Even though I knew the Parent’s beliefs, it was very disconcerting to me.
I have no doubt their Kids grew up and became really screwed up Adults. I wish I could recall their names so I could look them up to see if my assumption is correct.
I really select the people I hug. And if I’m in a situation where everyone’s hugging, and someone I’d rather not hug starts to approach me, I will just say that I’m not a hugger. Always takes them by surprise.
The point is, children should be obedient. I’m a loner myself and didn’t like having to hug anyone, but it’s not asking too much of a child to ask them to hug grandma. And if asked by a parent, they should obey.
Maybe mom has some issues between her and her daughter, and wants distance between her daughter and others for a reason.
Can’t have the kid being close enough to confide? Why?
I sincerely hope the mom in question gets the same treatment 5 fold. The child can be excused because of weird parenting.
Karma and b!tch, etc.
Want more left lunacy? I know a couple (acquaintances, really) who gave their now 6 year old daughter the androgynous name of “Taylor” because if she ever decided she was transgender, she wouldn’t have to change her/his name.
The woman felt confident and justified enough to say this in front of a group of neighbors at our local block party event. At first we thought she was kidding but she was dead serious. Scary, right?
I treasure every single one of them, because sooner or later (likely sooner) he's not going want to do that anymore.
They don't stay little for long.
Spot on!
Spot on!
Yes, the little girl probably now regards all women as possible lesbians who want to take advantage of her.
So she’s more concerned about the feelings of a petulant toddler than she is about the feelings of the woman who birthed and raised her.
If she’s really concerned that hugging Grandma is such a child abuse trigger, she should not allow Grandma - or perhaps any adult - around the child, period. This is just self-absorbed grandstanding.
I was not a touchy-feely kid and was not a fan of the hugging and kissing but I was a fan of making my dear Grandma happy so I did it anyway (even when her whiskers poked me).
that cool thing about spent time day after Christmas at Santa Anita Park it be grand father grandma my brother my cousin and I at Santa Anita Park
Be honest I was hugging my grandparents to their dying days last time I hug my grandma was sick in hospital bed that was last hug I ever did
She died a day later I always treasure that
Who thinks that this 20 years of experience is worth an ounce of Horseshit? It is a crap resume.
