CNN’s Jake Tapper confronted Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio this afternoon over his (and Donald Trump‘s) refusal to give up the “preposterous notion” that President Obama wasn’t born in the United States and that his birth certificate was forged.
He asked Arpaio why he would risk his credibility on issues like immigration by sticking by this conspiracy theory. Arpaio said, “I don’t care where he came from, we’re working on a fraudulent, forged government document.”
An incredulous Tapper asked Arpaio if any respectable law enforcement official agrees with him on this. Arpaio boasted that he’s willing to look into something that everyone else will shy away from.
In fact, Arpaio said, he wouldn’t be stupid enough to go on national television and make such a claim if he wasn’t absolutely sure of himself.

The UK was terminating the title of "subject" and replacing it with "Commonwealth Citizen" in this act. So the date above is relevant because the commencement date of the BNA 1981 was Jan 1, 1983 while Obama was still considered a Kenyan Citizen thus being a British Subject then became a "Commonwealth Citizen" of the UK.
And Ted Cruz had Canadian citizenship at birth. Neither precludes US birthright citizenship.

What's absurd, AppyPappy, is your reasoning here. The biological father, whomever he may be, doesn't need to be anywhere near the birth location. Furthermore, if the idea of a Kenyan birth is out of the question, how do you explain that the Kenyan ambassador to the United States said unequivocally over the American airwaves in a radio interview that Obama was born in Kenya? And how do you explain that three Kenyan parliamentarians said exactly the same thing, according to the official transcript of the Kenyan Parliament?
And how in the world would they know he was born there?
Michele Bachmann’s husband is the son of Swiss immigrants. Swiss law declares him a Swiss citizen and extends that citizenship to the wife of such a person. Would anyone claim Swiss law makes Michele Bachmann ineligible to serve as President?
Whatever The good Sheriff decides to say on TV will not be challenged in court because L4B cannot afford a discovery phase in a court due to the fraudulent nature of ALL his documents. He’s a freakin’ ghost, a total fabrication which democrats adore so he is beyond the law. Sorry Joe, you will not be able to prosecute L4B even if you find he murdered someone during his college years (well, if he was involved with the weathermen to make and place bombs).

Tapper knows Obama’s BC is fake. They all do. They were all told in October of 2008 that their careers would be over if they allowed Obama’s ineligibility or his Muslim leanings to be mentioned on-air, and the lives of their family members were questionable. They ALL know Arpaio is telling the truth. What we see here is acting, and it should disgust everybody to know that these people can go along to get along SO well, when they know full well they are serving the evil team. They ALL lie with a straight face and a smile.

When the public finds out the magnitude of the lies and the role of the media many people will be stunned. Obama needed to be Indonesian citizen to attend the school for mucka-muckas that LoLo Soetero and Stanley Ann Soetero chose for their son. Barry needed to take action at age 18 to reclaim his Amerucan citizenship ... And since he was such a flag waving patriot ( Sarc) it’s doubtful to me that he ever did. That is why rumors would say he attended Occidental as an Indonesian and traveled to Pakistan on an Indonesian passport.
If I had to guess the first American passport he obtained was as a Senator who needed a rush job to travel as part of a delegation to Russia. I can just see one of his staffers going over to State Department and demanding they issue the Senator a black passport because he was departing for Moscow that weekend. And I can imagine pulling rank and race worked.
Steven Bernard Dunham knows he was born a bastard child in Canada. It doesn’t help him though, so he fabricates the story of being from Kenya when that helps sell the book Ayers wrote for him. When he needed to be born in Hawaii, his handlers placed a public servant into the position to fabricate that story. He’s a ghost, a total fabrication since his bastard boy birth.
