Most all of the mass killings he referred to were in gun-free zones by the disallowed - pretty much the scenario he wants us all living in, yet oddly hasn’t helped.
Gun-allowed zones where the law-abiding carry, well, they’ve been safe.

Respond to him with “I don’t understand why ANYONE would want to throw an upstanding citizen in prison for YEARS just because he had a 30-round magazine.”
Methinks that’s an underaddressed point: the Left desperately wants to SEVERELY punish people for harmless actions. If they’re willing to go that far to prevent something, they’re he11-bent on doing something comparable.

What are we going to do about this? We say “from my cold dead hands”-do people understand that it may very well come down to just that? I don't think US citizens are up to defending their Rights. They'll just blog with anger.

That is why I have stated NUMEROUS times ‘NEVER” register your firearms . If you ever have to kill someone (in self-defense) leave the area immediately or take care of the situation...it is not as hard as you think.Remember what they did after Katrina...authorities pulled their list and confiscated LEGALLY owned firearms....who was left with protection?

Yes I do remember (fortunately, our local MS leadership and LE didn’t feel that way about it, we were encouraged to protect ourselves and each other-but things change since 2005). And I agree with you re registration.
