Is this why Obama and HUD want to force blacks into white neighborhoods?

Is it becoming obvious whites aren't the problem?

Chicago neighborhoods exist where the average black kid spends less than 5 minutes a year interacting with a white person (outside a possible school teacher) or a Republican. This makes it becomes difficult for blacks to blame all their problems on White Republicans...

Blacks can still blame their problems with police on someone other than themselves... so it's time to move on to the next 'step'...

The next step should be to reassign cops so ONLY black cops work in the 'black community'... if there aren't enough - pay off the white cops to quit... let them retire early with full benefits. Then there won't be any problems with cops and blacks... Right? LOL.
