While I’m sure there are people in TN who do indeed like Jebbie..

there are many more around the country who appreciate Mr. Trump...

if you understand about the illegal aliens and how they acquired that term ..then you will understand that by making those same illegal aliens “legal” they will have been handed pseudo CITIZENSHIP..having never accomplished the IMMIGRATION process as required by American law..

Until such time that I hear Mr. Trump utter “pathway to citizenship” or “we cant send them all back” ...those same phrases trumpeted by Willard whom you voted for in 2012, I will continue to support what he has said about the illegal aliens..and what must be done about them..

Mr. Trump declared that they MUST go back home to Mexico or wherever...

Jebbbie, Walker, Huckabee, and most of the other GOP field don’t want them sent back..they want the illegal aliens to get AMNESTY in he form of “legalizing” them..

they claim that we should make them legal but not allow them to be citizens..

Legalization is citizenship..

These illegal aliens are not immigrants because they have not immigrated..

what they do is not immigration..

Immigrants go through a process of proving who they are,
proving identification,
having a background check
a police record check
getting shots
getting a complete medical examination
paying fees
promising in writing that they understand they are not entitled to public assistance of any kind
promising in writing that they understand if they apply for public assistance of any kind they will be deported..
affirming in writing that they understand they will be deported never to return if they commit a felony
affirming in writing that they understand they could be deported for committing a misdemeanor
promising in writing that they will not work in the US until they receive an Alien Registration card (green card)usually within 90 days
Proving they have $US1,000 (the amount 40 years ago) which will be used to support them for that first 90 days until they can legally work in the US or to pay for plane fare if they get deported..
etc

then an immigrant puts his or her left hand on the documents he of she has signed and raises his or her right hand swearing that to the best of their knowledge everything he or she has signed is the truth, knowing that if after they arrive in the US some part of the information given and is found to be fraudulent they will be deported..

and where does this all take place ??? In the immigrants own home country in the US Embassy or Consulate with a member of the American staff.. BEFORE the immigrant leaves the home country...

then the immigrant waits for the acceptance of all those documents and is granted PERMISSION to enter the US..the immigrant has one year to arrive in the US from the date on the visa..

with instructions to take the visa document to the airport in order to buy a ticket to the US, the immigrant is free to purchase passage by showing the visa to the ticket agent and showing ID...

further instructions have been given to the future immigrant to take certain documents to the INS office within one week of arriving in the US..

when the immigrant goes to the INS office he or she is given an SSN number and a document saying they will receive a green card and can legally work at that time and instructed that he or she may start interviewing for a job while they wait for the card...

The card arrives in the mail and the immigrant takes the card to the prospective employer and can start work immediately etc..the immigrant is now a Registered Alien..

other than working at a government job both state and fed and voting, the immigrant has every privilege and right in the United States and can even enlist in the armed forces or be drafted which there was a draft..

Lacking only time in country to be an American citizen, the immigrants fears not shadows nor the sunlight...

Until the immigrant becomes an American citizen their passport issued by the home country must be current ...and is surrendered at the time of naturalization..

every year by Jan 31 until the immigrant becomes an American citizen they must reregister proving their current street address..this can be down at the local Post Office...

Untill the immigrant is naturalized into American citizenship he or she is free to travel using theirown home country passport anywhere in the world..they reenter the US using their passport and their Alien Registration Card (green card) but cannot stay away from the US more than one year or they lose their immigration status and have to start all over again to immigrate.

Now which part of what an illegal alien does is close to the process of immigration that an immigrant experiences ???

What makes an illegal alien an “immigrant” when they don’t immigrate ???

Illegal aliens arrive here with diseases, police records, and other factors which make them undesirables, unqualified to be immigrants and therefore unqualified to be citizens..

most illegal aliens come here illegally because the US would not accept them as immigrants if they applied through the proper channels..

they don’t “love” America..they hate us and have no respect for us or our laws..people who love America don’t go out of their way to flaunt and break our sovereign laws..

Meanwhile Mr. Trump is the most Conservative candidate the GOP have on the issue of “illegal immigration” proper called illegal aliens..

Mr. Trump is the Eisenhower of our age...

Like him or hate him you have to respect what the man says about illegal aliens..

Look, I don't think there's a lot of 'depth' to Trump. I don't think the bombast extends to true strength-BUT- he is speaking the bitter, ugly truth and it resonates. It is what we all know and say. We are so desperate for a voice that says what we all know that Trump is better than the list of has-beens and centrists we are offered.

The question is- WHY won't a 'serious' politician say the same things? Steal Trumps thunder? Why- when they can see it's what America wants to hear( and knows to be true) won't SOMEONE say 'Trump is right, but he can't handle the job, I CAN." and put an entire package together??

And, while most of us in TN would not vote for Jeb, I’d bet people like the TNGOP, Lamar, Corker, etc...would vote for him in a heartbeat.

You lie or mislead on Trumps immigration position. He said when he first started running that the good hard working illegals could stay here! He also said something in the last article about a pathway.

Look, he has said some good things, but don’t sugar coat the fact that he hasn’t been completely anti-Illegal on this issue.

You have yet to successfully answer HOW we deport all of the illegals. Trump is right about the need to do it, but we need to know HOW he plans on doing it...oh, and how he plans to decide which ones are the “good, hard working” ones.
