A court in California has blocked the pro-life group releasing undercover videos exposing Planned Parenthood selling unborn baby body parts from releasing any videos regarding the middleman, StemExpress. That’s the company Planned Parenthood sells aborted babies to that, in turn, sells them to biotech firms and research universities for research.
The Associated Press issued a report on what the court did:
A temporary restraining order has been issued preventing an anti-abortion group from releasing any video of leaders of a California company that provides fetal tissue to researchers.
The Los Angeles Superior Court order issued Tuesday prohibits the Center for Medical Progress from releasing any video of three high-ranking StemExpress officials taken at a restaurant in May. It appears to be the first legal action prohibiting the release of a video from the organization.
A company spokesman said StemExpress is “grateful its rights have been vindicated in a court of law.”
The temporary restraining order issued Tuesday will remain in place until a hearing on Aug. 19.
The restraining order does not appear to apply to the Planned Parenthood abortion business, and it appears the Center for Medical Progress can continue releasing videos exposing the abortion giant’s sale of aborted baby body parts.

“StemExpress, a for-profit company partnered with over 30 abortion clinics, including Planned Parenthood, to harvest and sell aborted baby parts and provide a “financial benefit” to Planned Parenthood clinics, is attempting to use meritless litigation to cover-up this illegal baby parts trade, suppress free speech, and silence the citizen press reporting on issues of burning concern to the American public,” CMP said in a statement.
The group continued in its statement to LifeNews: “They are not succeeding—their initial petition was rejected by the court, and their second petition was eviscerated to a narrow and contingent order about an alleged recording pending CMP’s opportunity to respond. The Center for Medical Progress follows all applicable laws in the course of our investigative journalism work and will contest all attempts from Planned Parenthood and their allies to silence our First Amendment rights and suppress investigative journalism.”

As LifeNews reported, the first video of undercover footage shows Planned Parenthood Federation of America’s Senior Director of Medical Services, Dr. Deborah Nucatola, describing how Planned Parenthood sells the body parts of aborted unborn children and admitting she uses partial-birth abortions to supply intact body parts.
In the second video, Planned Parenthood doctor Maru Gatter discusses the pricing of aborted baby body parts — telling the biotech company officials that the prices for such things as a baby’s liver, head or heart are negotiable. She also tells the officials that she could talk with the Planned Parenthood abortion practitioners to potentially alter the abortion procedure to kill the baby in a way that would best preserve those body parts after the unborn child is killed in the abortion.
In a flyer from Stem Express, they describe their business as “a multi-million dollar company that supplies human blood, tissue products, primary cells and other clinical specimens to biomedical researchers.” Then they encourage organizations to pursue their business because they can help them implement programs that bring in financial profits. The Federalist points out that the Stem Express flyer even quotes a Planned Parenthood official who endorses their business.
After considerable international outrage over the video, StemExpress took down its web site — putting it in “maintenance mode.”
Later, the web site went back up and anyone can purchase body parts from babies Planned Parenthood kills in abortions. The company apologizes for being down due to excessive traffic: “We apologize for our website being down for the last 24 hours. It was knocked offline by excessive traffic.”
The company also issued a statement defending its purchase and sale of body parts from aborted babies — saying it is justified for medical research purposes, eve though plenty of ethical alternatives are available that don’t involve killing people to heal people.
For GOD’s SAKE: IGNORE that CRIMINAL judge’s injunction!!
Actually, the court isn’t blocking anything.
The court decreed that the videos shall not be released,
but there is nothing really blocking them from being released.
They should do what Obama has done and say:
“We think the order is wrong and we have decided to NOT enforce his order.”
Then remember what franklin said: “Disobedience to tyrants is obedience to God”.
In this case - that is completely true.

That judge needs to spend 6 years in remedial reading! It obviously has zero reading comprehension, or it’s purely a subversive enemy of the Republic!
Interesting. This version says they are specifically blocking videos shot with 3 employees of StemExpress.
All videos up till now have been with Planned Parenthood staffers. Apparently they snared StemExpress employees too, and they know what they said.
Let’s take this straight to the Supreme Court where Chief Justice Roberts will clearly do what’s right and ...

They shouldn’t release them. They should SELL the videos for profit. I’m sure there are any number of organizations that would be glad to buy those videos.
In what world are we living in where it’s OK to sell baby parts, but not OK to show a video exposing the same?

The Pharisees demanded that Jesus tell command to be quiet. Jesus’s response was “if they keep quiet, the stones will cry out!”
I believe that there are some truths (both wonderful truths and horrible truths )that are too large too large to be silenced.
I believe that if these videos were silenced, the stones would begin to scream out the horrible truth of what is happening in this country!
