How very fascist. So, Obama is saying that if Congress doesnt play ball on approving the Iran deal, he might just go ahead and do it anyway. That violates the Constitution and the law. Technically he cant do it oh, but he will. Notice how Kerry sidestepped the issue? If Obama does this and isnt made to answer for it or stopped, thats the end of our Constitutional Republic and the actual beginning of a dictatorship.
That is an excellent point. If congress does not approve of it, that's it, right. There is no veto process involved.
...but first of all we have to get rid of Johnny and Michy-boy....because they are ‘spineless sissies’ of the Washington cartel, along with the rest of the traitors...
Now you know why the Ogabe regime released all the damaging info about Hitlary.
This sick FARK is going to stay on and complete the Coup.
Will be another impeachable offense.
Boehner is a spineless, alcoholic, crying faggot.
If it doesn’t require new spending of money, he doesn’t need the congress’s approval.
If it uses funds as previously authorized than the congress can’t block him except by changing previous law. Which he can veto.
I believe that is true.
Most Americans just don't get it. King Obama is America's first dictator and is in complete control. The Senate, House and Supreme Court have no power and cannot stop him. He is now in a position to totally defy the American people and does not answer to them. Get used to it. It will get worst on his third, forced, term.
thats the end of our Constitutional Republic and the actual beginning of a dictatorship.
Most of the frozen Iranian funds have already been released. Once it is all back, we will never be able to freeze their funds again.
Iran is already selling oil on the open market.
Sorry, but it does not matter if the deal gets approved, it is already enacted.
I am speaking of the difference between a simple majority versus a super majority over a veto.
What are our options for removal of a clearly traitorous president when Congress refuses to do so?
Following a White House meeting, Rep. Brad Sherman (D-Calif.) seemingly suggested this week that President Barack Obama might be prepared to go beyond whats allowed by law to push through the Iran nuclear deal.
The Hill reported Wednesday that Sherman said Obama appeared ready to ignore Congress if members dont sign off on the deal. The comments came after the president invited top Democrats to the White House to give them a personal presentation on the Iran deal.
The main meat of what he said is, If Congress overrides my veto, you do not get a U.S. foreign policy that reflects that vote. What you get is you pass this law and I, as president, will do everything possible to go in the other direction, Sherman said, according to The Hill.
Hes with the deal hes not with Congress, the California congressman added. At least to the fullest extent allowed by law, and possibly beyond whats allowed by law.
According to The Hill, Sherman suggested Obama may just refuse to enforce the law.
Sherman, who has appeared skeptical of the deal, previously grilled Secretary of State John Kerry about whether the administration would follow the law if Congress moved to override a veto to block the deal.

Lots of "IF's" "may's" and speculation in there.
Not so! The executive order have changed America so much that to reverse them will cause riots the likes America has never seen.
Why he’s just supporting and defending the Constitution of the United States. /s
What would possibly make us think an illegal immigrant would pay attention to our laws?
Miss Bonnie and McGoner...
How very Hitleresque of him. ;-)
The money, if released, will be in the wind. Unable to be captured again. That’s what Iran really wants anyway.
Then you have already have been defeated.
