Watch this video interview closely. It aired tonight on the Megyn Kelly show. Do you spot the two “tell tale” moments. [ Hint: how Kelly ended the interview of Senator Ted Cruz is a big one. ] Megyn “too-cute-by-half” Kelly has been preparing for, and refining, her debate moderator approach. This segment gives insight into what her approach will be toward Donald Trump, she can’t hide it.
As previously stated:
It would appear Kelly has an interest in spotlighting Trump around an inferred position of sexism. This is transparently not accidental.
Kelly has a history of self-promotion by making herself the story inside the story, as she did with Jeb Bush and the interview segment: “knowing what you know now, was it a mistake to go into Iraq”? etc. Megyn Kelly enjoys being the center hub amid the wheels of divisive interests

I didn’t see the Huck interview because I watched the Cruz interview from the post. Doesn’t surprise me a lot. She likes the guy personally because she worked with him for how many years.
Let me throw this out to you.
I don’t have a problem with Trump doing what he’s doing, but for the sake of argument let’s say I did and I’m a reporter.
I might not have phrased it the way she did, but I would have asked Cruz the same question.
“Sen Cruz, you haven’t been critical of Trump, and you say you support what he says. Why would I vote for you then and not him? What makes your platform worth voting for over his?”
The reason I would ask that is that I like Cruz better than Trump, and I want my viewers to hear what Cruz is going to do about immigration.
I don’t know for sure who any of the people of FOX support, but I would bet good money many don’t care what Roger Ailes thinks. They certainly aren’t in lock step when it comes to Bush.
Again let me apologize, I didn’t mean to unload that on you. I’ve seen you defend FNC, yours was the only Post I had made so far.

I think Kelly is a favorite of Roger Ailes.
Many times she has led me to think she is a conservative but she’s not. I think she’s a Rudy Guiliani Republican.

That’s the point I’m trying to make. It is not FOX, nor has Fox ever been billed that way.
I thought the Blaze network was going to be that, but then Beck went off the rails again.
I really don’t WANT either, Coservative or Liberal. I want News to be news. Tell me the facts, and let me make up my own mind.
Conservatism wins every fight that way.
I’ve often thought that Megyn and Shep Smith were both trying to position themselves for a future spot with one of what we used to call the major networks.
It’s an old saying, but sometimes it’s the best fit.

If it weren’t for her though, I wouldn’t have found out about the girl who was murdered by ex in NJ waiting for a gun permit for over 30 days. Christie had 2 years to fix this and did nothing. Now he’s formed a commission.

Me, too. I cancelled cable a long time ago and life is better without watching the screaming and book selling on Fox. And Kelly is a big fraud. And for posing in some of the photos that are out there she would have been called a slut back when I was growing up.

I’m also not worried about Cruz handling Kelly, Wallace or the other one during Thursday’s debate. I mean, Cruz has won National Debating Championships. :)
