I would offer that Senator Cruz did not appear on the talk shows this morning due to scheduling conflicts. He spoke at RedState in Atlanta yesterday a.m., Newnan, Georgia, during the afternoon, and Columbus, Georgia, last night. This afternoon he will be addressing the folks in Pelham, Alabama.

So, how exactly does the GOP “cut him loose?” Seems to me the candidate has all the control over that.

You could see the daggers in her eyes when he said Rosie O’Donnell. The crowd went crazy and especially the young people and she was pissed to the max. How he dare take her gotcha moment from her.

Thank you. Can not watch any today
Is there a link? Usually could care less about Sunday morning talk show. If I’m any indication their ratings should go up today

I hope and pray that we will vote that way, Kabar

I won't. If we get a GOPe candiate, I will vote for someone else or write in a name. No more holding my nose and voting for the lesser of two evils. We now have the Uniparty.

Because any of those people on that stage, including...gulp...Jeb would be far better than Hillary or Biden.

No, Jeb would kill the GOP off as a major party. He will keep Reps away from the polls and the Dems will regain Congress. Bush 41 and 43 moved the party to the left and destroyed the Regan Revolution. Jeb will kill the GOP.

This country is politically bankrupt to even consider a third member of one family for the WH is just 25 years. Do we have a monarchy or a republic? The GOP is suicidal.

And the Dems will nominate another Clinton for the WH. Bush vs Clinton again in 2016? If that happens, we have become a banana republic. I guess Michelle will follow Hillary after her 8 years are completed.

We just can’t afford 4 more years of radical, insane, democrat control. We might never be able to climb back.

We have a GOP-controlled Congress that does nothing to stop "radical, insane democrat control." McConnell and Boehner are part of the Washington cartel. We are being run by the political and corporate elites who could care less about what the citizens of this country want.

If you have ever met campaign managers you will understand why we lose. We always said no matter if their candidate wins or loses, the check always cashes.

Precisely. It is the arrogance of these people that is most offensive. The idea that they can just dismiss the leading contender somehow should give us an idea as to their hubris.

I can recall prior to the debates, that GOP donors were pressing to have Trump excluded from the debates. Trump is right about keeping his leverage. He is fighting against the GOPe, which does not want to see him be the candidate and they don't seem bashful about expressing it publicly.

....”Trump is right about keeping his leverage. He is fighting against the GOPe”....

Yes....and because has that leverage they do not know what to do about Trump but to ride him down via media in view of the audience...which thus far has worked to Trumps advantage.
However this is not sustainable throughout the election cycle....the public gets bored pretty quick and why I think Trump ditched his top man....game change coming for sure.

Ted said he only had to keep in mind the fact that they aren’t his bosses-—the people of Texas are.

I am hoping and praying all of us throughout the USA will be his constituents! Mr. President Cruz!

Breitbart - One Voice Silenced, Millions Awakened

Just a thought this morning: 'misogyny' is apparently okay with Megyn Kelly only if the man is Howard Stern and if he talks to her in his bedroom voice.

For anyone who cares to find the video, it's there, on YouTube for the whole world to hear.
(I posted the link below)
In the clip, the woman who seems to, with the GOP at least, hold the 'moral high ground' is heard discussing her breasts, her husband's penis size, and their sex life with a huge audience.

Now this is not to say that what Trump did after the debate was okay, the man should have held his tongue and walked away -- everyone could see the obvious set-up, the inquisition spoke for itself. Everyone could see it, and even if you weren't in the Trump Train it was seen by millions.

He should have held his tongue and showed some self-control, and he did not. What he did do was EXACTLY what the GOP Elites and those who ran the debate wanted him to do: and by doing what he did, it only served to make the golden boy, Jeb, look more 'presidential' -- even though Jeb had plenty of willing helpers to do his dirty work for him, Trump could have behaved afterward in a manner that was Presidential--now Jeb appears above the fray and pure.

As we have always stated; you don't have to be a supporter of Trump to support how Trump is exposing the ugliness of the GOP Elite. He has accomplished so much in that area and it has been amazing to watch.

Fox "Grubered" the masses on Thursday night and we can all see through it. (We didn't need any additional potshots. But Donald will not be handled or dictated to, nor told how to talk or what to say.)

Proof of this "Grubering" was praise from outlets like CNN and Debbie Wasserman Shultz congratulating Megyn (& FOX) on her debate performance - and it was a performance.

Donald Trump should have given US MORE CREDIT. We saw through it, we did not need him helping the war with Kelly along.

Now, we have Lindsey Graham coming right out and saying it would be better to LOSE THE ELECTION AGAIN than to have Donald Trump win it.

This shows you exactly what you always knew to be true: if the nominee does not line up with the elite within the party, they would rather lose and have a third term of Obama!
~JM

(**If the GOP Leadership wants credibility with their base they are going to have to start acknowledging their complicity in the disarray that now defines the political moment, instead of just attacking Trump they need to be calling out the failings of Boehner, and McConnell...until they do so the Trump Train continues unabated, and they only have themselves to blame.
~MB)

Now a question for you: do you want for President a man that could actually sit at the same table as Jarrett?? I don't care who you are, if you are a person with a conscience, there would be no seat at that table that I would fill in any situation. NONE.

We are still looking to find a real life Jeb voter. Haven't heard of one yet.

Stern's most egregious offenses: STERN

That man was JUST FINE with Megyn Kelly: MEGYN KELLY ON STERN'S SHOW

If you have surfed Fox News programs this morning I am sure you are discerning what I am discerning.

It is quite obvious a memo with talking points has been shared across the spectrum to news anchors, and to show hosts.

Just watched two programs that were discussing in depth the current status of the GOP race. Both programs were acting as if Trump were not even in the race; hardly even mentioned which was strikingly odd considering the last polls had him doubling his nearest competitor.

The tactic now seems well defined: first they HIT, Now they RUN.

The Memo might have been titled HIT & RUN.

However this is not sustainable throughout the election cycle....the public gets bored pretty quick and why I think Trump ditched his top man....game change coming for sure.

The GOPe underestimates the disgust and anger the public has for the political class. We have the ludicrous situation of Trump, the billionaire, being the Everyman fighting against the political class Leviathan. He has become the main vehicle to sticking to the GOPe. The transparent attempt to destroy during the first debate only helped Trump.

IMO Trump is going to get better in the debates and on the stump. He is learning as he goes. Trump not only has money, he also has free media coverage and name recognition gained thru 12 years as a reality TV star. Many people have formed a connection to him, even it is subliminally. It didn't hurt Reagan to be a movie star.

As the number of candidates are winnowed down, the combat will get more intense. There literally is a battle for the heart and soul of the GOP. The GOPe is pitted against the rest of us. Trump is not part of the GOPe nor is Cruz. All the rest with the possible exception of Jindal are. I know what side I am on.

In the mean ttime, think FOX needs a message that crying sick doesn’t excuse their crybaby mess!

She should start back peddling. Whether Trump strikes back or not, Carly of all people shouldn’t be playing the gender card.

Thanks for that! You did a great job. I watched it and agree with your version of it. The way you wrote it was like the best sports play-by-play.

Thanks!
