How many helpers on the Hillary payroll have been scrubbing the TS/S and Confidential ID marks off the emails? Bet they have erased a ton so far.
Judge Napolitano at FNC was breaking this down a few minutes ago. The TS document in question included satellite imagery and other specific location information. It was generated by the intelligence community and sent to Clinton. The ONLY way for that document to arrive at Clinton’s server would be marked Top Secret. The only way it would not have been ID’d as TS upon arrival to Clinton would’ve been if one of the intel folks had committed the felony of removing the classification markings. As that is extremely unlikely, that leaves one of Clinton’s close contacts or Clinton herself to remove them.
If this doesn’t send her to jail, nothing will. Un-freeking believable

if you see any of those acronyms there, you know it is classified and not merely an unclassified document. unclassified documents declare they are. one cannot make classified documents unclasified by just putting an unclas tag enveloping the existing document.

Someone air gapped the data from a much higher network then retyped it, used a thumb drive, or CD to transfer it to a unclass, unsecure network where herself and any foreign agency worth a nickle could view it at their leisure. This is the smoking gun - now we need the fingerprints on the trigger. Wonder how Huma looks in orange?

Briefly put, it means they are trusted to determine if information is classified or not. The rest of government employees/contractors have only "derivative authority." They determine classified/unclassified based on sources and classification guides.
The upshot is, someone with OCA is expected to exhibit good judgement in handling potentially sensitive information. Clinton clearly lacks such judgement. She should never have OCA, never even have a clearance. She's shown lack of trustworthiness. She belongs in prison for her rampant negligence.

However, if that was the case in this incidence, we would not be talking about it because it never would have been reported that the FBI and Justice Department are now involved.
The very fact that it has been released to the media that FBI has possession of the emails and that some of them are highly classified is telling. Likely this is an Obama power play to force her from the race and if she does not do so, she'll be clapped in handcuffs because laws have been broken.
That said, I have no doubt that a deal will be offered, that if Shrillary drops out of the race and enters private life, the investigation will eventually be dropped.
