Agreed 100%. I do wonder however if there is a stock buying opportunity here. Apple still has lots of smart people and they say buy when there is blood in the street. What I can’t figure is how of a penalty Cook imposes. I mean that company relied a lot on Jobs.

Oh wow, I got the sad back story, and I worded things a bit strongly, up there.

It’s someone in his family, apparently, though I won’t say who, since I wasn’t told to say who.

But..it’s a very sad, personal story about a family member, and I feel sorry as hell for sort of screaming, up there.

Eh...at first I, too, was given to think the reference was to Jimmah, but apparently that’s not so, here.

Cancer Sucks. 4 in my family in the last 10 years have lost this life to it. All 4 were believers in Jesus too. So sometimes, it just does does not get any better then that.

That's the only real hope any of us have. These earthly bodies all have expiration dates.

There was a brief period of time when the FR server clock went kablooie and set the year to 1969. All but the last post in that thread say 1969.

Went kablooie huh?

It's been more than a few years since I've heard that expression.

The header only shows the word pancreatic, and even then uses a lower case p for that condition. Usually that means the rest of the headline is missing. But it’s not a big deal. As much as I did not like what Carter has become, he is still one of God’s children, and I don’t wish for him to suffer at length.

Long, long ago, in a software galaxy far, far away, a date field left null or undefined sometimes produced erroneous and or unpredictable results in that particular field in the database. I think most of that got worked out during the last era or two. Not saying the posts in this case are not weird.

Pancreatic cancer - well, any cancer - is a horror. And pancreatic, like most internal organs, is quick from the time of the diagnosis.
