I think Frank Marshall Davis did serve in WWII.
I’m so sorry, did I miss a court victory anywhere on that issue?
So maybe wasted time can be spent better? I know, a strange concept.
If a case had been heard on the merits it would have involved discovery. Witnesses could have been deposed, documents and records could have been subpoenaed and examined, etc. None of this was ever allowed.
With a President you have to go after in your face stuff and this issue has been too nuanced to get the public attention.
Go after his disregard of his border obligations and after his many of his many violations of privacy and IRS attacks of his opposition.
That people get.
There was nothing nuanced about this issue at all. It’s always been as simple as, ‘is Obama telling the truth or lying about his birth?’
The problem was that the MSM formed a protective phalanx around Obama and allowed not one scintilla of serious, fact-based questioning on the topic. Do you recall the one ‘journalist’ who stepped out of line? Chris Matthews once said, ‘Why doesn’t Obama just release his birth certificate?’
He caught hell for it—and no other so-called journalist ever repeated the mistake.
Only one person ever raised the issue in a factual, serious way. When Trump did so, the polls began immediately to reflect damage to Obama’s credibility. The # of people who believed he was or could have been of foreign birth rose steadily.
This is why a rushed, amateurish, cut and pasted forgery was suddenly unveiled. To stop the bleeding. It is an obot myth that questions re Obama’s birth helped him; in fact, they were devastating.
Hawaii backed Obama up.
There goes that IMO.
Well of course you’re right. Since no pilitician—particularly in a long-time Dem-dominated state—has ever been known to lie, ditto their appointees and the GOPers whose existence depends on Dem cooperation, we must consider the matter closed. Granted their are ~100 anomalies, contradictions and related issues, but what is any of that to the word of a politician? Once our overlords have spoken, even if there are legitimate factual contradictions, we must yield to their superior integrity.
Pilitician = politician
Something must be up with spell check. Or else my fingers just need a break.
This President is in a protected class and has gotten more than every pass imaginable. No accountability and IMO has operated criminally in many ways. But as you more or less say there are rules: the ones you and others go by and the ones all Democrats get a pass on.
Frank Marshall Davis did not serve with our country’s military.
Old Marvin the Martian has been caught in a few.
“Hawaii backed Obama up.”
The Hawaiian Government has always been highly corrupt and is notorious for trafficking in forged birth certificates and other forged identity documents. Hawaii also once backed up Dr. Sun-Yat-Sen’s forged Hawaiian birth certificate. Japanese parents purchase forged Hawaiian birth certificates to secure fraudulent U.S. citizenship for their children. One of the reasons the Hawaii Department of Health is so sensitive about investigations into its handling of Obama’s forged birth certificate is its role in trafficking in so many other forged birth certificates.
You are 100% correct — I thought Davis had been in the Navy. But Davis did spend the war trying to “foster Soviet-US cooperation” as a journalist writing in the Chicago paper the “Star”. Serving Soviet Military Intelligence during WWII doesn’t count?
More than anything some needs to be a mole in the Hawaii department of records.
I see what you’re saying. However, there is one other aspect to it. Namely, the simple matter of truth. I’ve had any number of liberals tell me point blank they care nothing about the truth. In a post modern world that’s not a shock. Then you’ve got Obama, who sincerely believes that ‘truth’ is whatever comes out of his mouth. He honestly does believe that.
It is my understanding that conservatives are different. We DO care about truth. Even if it won’t, at this point, take Obama out of office, we still want to know the truth. It isn’t in lieu of other things. We are still focussed on the election, turning the country around, etc. But we still want the truth.
If we keep after it, we’ll get it; I have no doubt of that. If we give up and wash our hands of the matter, then the likelihood is lessened. If that makes sense?
There was such a mole. He is on record as saying there was never any LFBC on file in HI for Obama. He said it was an “open secret” (I.e. that Obama lacked a BC). He wrote an entire thesis on the subject. I don’t recall his name offhand, but I could look it up if it’s important.
They go by their version of good intentions instead of cause and effect when looking at results.
Could not have said it better.
+1
“More than anything some needs to be a mole in the Hawaii department of records.”
There was a mole in the Hawaii Department of Health. The courts suppressed the evidence to obstruct discovery and an investigation from moving forward. See the example:

Bauer sent Perkins and Coie attorneys to Honolulu to pick up from the Hawaii Department of Health what he believed would be two certified copies of Obamas 1961 long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate, Corsi said. When the White House released to the public the birth certificate in the form of a PDF computer file obviously created on Adobe software and a Xerox copy, Bauer realized the Hawaii DOH had participated in the fraud.
He said he had been tipped off early in February that a long-form birth document for Obama had been forged and that the document was to be released.
“The information came from a mole within the Hawaii DOH who had been examining the vault logbook for months, Corsi explained. Until just prior to February 24, no Obama long-form hospital-generated birth record could be found in the Hawaii DOH.
