Section 793 of the Penal Code, subsection (f) is a problem for Hillary Clinton. It is very specific in defining the offenses which meet the criteria for a violation and it appears that Ms Clinton has potentially thousands of counts, perhaps tens or hundreds of thousands, against her.
Mark Levin read the subsection on air, which states, “Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note or information relating to the national defense…” He notes this statute is a portion of the Espionage Act.
Levin continued, “Subset one: ‘through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust or to be lost, stolen, abstracted or destroyed.’ Got that? I’ll get to the next section later. I’m hearing on TV: ‘It depends on her intent, it depends on her intent.’ No it doesn’t, not with respect to this, Subsection (f).”

My personal take is one of the reasons the Bamster is so upset, is when he reached out tentacles to China and Russia, he found out they'd already *got* all the good stuff: so the OPM hack was more like "sloppy seconds" and not the good solid screwing of the US he was hoping for.

Two things will need to happen before the Obama Justice Department will prosecute Hillary Clinton.
First, hell will have to freeze over. Second, monkeys will have to fly out of Obama’s butt.
She will use the focus group tested “at this point, what difference does it make?” defense. Ranks right up there with “What me worry?”
I, for one, hope that Hillary gets two terms — 3-5 years each, to run consecutive!
I doubt this woman will ever see the inside of prison cell. We can dream though.
So what does Obama get from the Clinton’s for a pardon?
And if it does happen there’s always the pardon. I’m sure the Clinton’s can make an offer he can’t refuse...
She’ll never run for President. Something unfortunate will likely happen to her.
Hillary has been doing this same “What difference does it make” pose since she was in her teens.
I’ll be shocked if she faces any jail time.

Obama hates her, and da feelin’ is mootchal. She’s f***ed everyone she has ever come into contact with, and not in a romantic or sexual sense. She’s clinically solipsistic, literally she is insane.
She should invoke the McNaughton rules. No jury would ever convict her.
