She's in a box from which there is no escape.

Obstruction of Justice is the minimum.

She provided the investigation with the hardcopy of thousands of emails. Surely some of these come from CIA, FBI, NSA, Congress, President or other government agencies.

How about subpoenaing the email records of those senders for the time periods in question? Surely some of them have some back-and-forth communication (email chain).

Yes. Lets have them undelete all the emails. Preferably, the day after she’s named the Dem nominee and there’s no turning back....

[What I find interesting in the Hillary email investigation is that there’s little talk of backup tapes or drives.]

I would think she would keep a copy of all data on the server somewhere for her own historical record when she writes her memoirs.

> Is she trying to hide something?

If you weren’t already sure, the fact that they inserted the word “voluntarily” in their statement, even though it is semantically completely unnecessary, should be enough to tip it off.

You have nailed it exactly. The ignoramuses at Fox News should have observed the same thing a year ago, but they have no real clue. Not sure who does, except folks like us. Not that it will matter to the folks who vote progressive.

The NSA/FBI/DOJ should just ask China, Russia, Iran or some kid in his basement elsewhere in Europe for copies of all of her emails.

They are going to undelete all the deleted emails obviously.

They already know that there has never been anything on those hard drives that would incriminate the beast.

Wouldn’t this be perjury or obstruction of justice?

I don’t think Hillary will go down without bring BO and Jarrett down with her.

Hillary's old server taken out.

New, identical, never used server installed. Never used ...... not a need to wipe clean.

They need to review the video security of the chappaqua residence and barn going back 2 years. They need to speak to the security people who guard that residence. It needed to be wiped clean because of the 62000 e-mails known to have originated from the server, now wiped off of the server. They need to check the serial number and its placement....tampering???? They need to physically examine the very spot of installment of the original server. signs of tampering????

If she had the disk drives replaced with brand-spanking-new ones, she will be toast. The FBI will know no data had ever been stored on those drives.

Her best bet would be handing over the real disks after having had a true pro do a thorough wipe (which she has already admitted to doing) and hoping nothing incriminating is recoverable.

But virgin drives? That's simply an admission of guilt.

Well, she turned over the server as requested and the FBI says there are no classified emails on it. So, she has been proven to have been telling the truth all along. Case closed.

That's how the msm sees it.

"Well, she turned over the server as requested and the FBI says there are no classified emails on it."

Then she's damned if so.

A SOS' computer SHOULD have a TON of classified material on it.

A SOS couldn't function without it.

A "clean" server makes no sense in any way.

Her four years as SOS was nothing more than one big fundraising expidition, at our expense. She sold secrets, favors and promises for future favors. Obama didn’t care since his mission is simply to destroy the USA.

Can you explain to me why, for months, we have been told that if it was on the server, it is retrievable?

Hillary was assumed too stupid to hire somebody that knew how to wipe a server correctly.

Obamas administration is coming round the club house turn. He can pardon any one he wants even himself. Hillary is in this one pretty deep

I would say the "Platte River Networks" is in for a stretch of very bad road the next few months.

That assumes there is real justice. I read that the person ostensibly investigating her is one of her own cronies...
