It would be a boneheaded stunt—But one the RINO-GOP just might do—It would be the death of the party as we know it. Trump will just make a new party and a good % of the Republicans would walk out with him—maybe even some of the people running—I do not think this will happen.

No need to bar Trump. Just invite Paris Hilton to the upcoming debates. She’ll split Trump’s current vote share. She’s as serious a Republican Conservative candidate as Trump is. She’s wealthy and famous for being on TV. Now that I think about it, she’s probably a hell of alot more consistent on the issues over the last ten years.

“Can GOP Actually Ban Donald Trump From Future Debates?”

The GOPe pajama boys don’t have enough skilled, armed muscle to stop the people from decorating lampposts.

it was fractured over the issue of slavery in the same way the republican party is fractured over the immigration issue.

That's something to ponder.

Even something else to ponder, the two issues aren't two issues at all, but the same issue, *CHEAP LABOR*, separated by a space of a century and a half. The more things change, the more they stay the same...

If memory serves, there is a federal law that requires that candidates be allowed to participate in presidential debates if they meet the criteria laid down for the rest of the candidates.

That’s why we were able to get Dr. Alan Keyes into the Des Moines Register debate in 2008, even though the GOP was completely blackballing him.

It’s hard for me to imagine any objective criteria that Trump couldn’t meet at this point.

Can you just imagine how much the lawyers fees would be? I’d bet Trump would have an army of Pro-Bono lawyers banging on the doors at Trump Towers.

I remember those days i was in the Army Reserves and had a Alan Keyes for President Sticker on my front Bumper. Was told to remove it every time I had to go through the Gate, never did... it is probably in a Mexican Junkyard intact.

No they don’t care about winning. McCain practically endorsed Obama in 2008 and Romney gave up after the first debate in 2012.

Their goal is to prevent us from electing anyone who would stop the illegal alien inundation.

They have been paid billions to accomplish that by The Cheap Labor Express.

The plan this time was to flood the field with as many candidates as needed to slip ¡Yeb! through with small percentages. He’s a Democrat in an R jersey and is recognized as such by a majority of GOP voters, it was going to hard enough without adding in the Trump factor.

The PTB in the GOP/RNC know how unpopular ¡Yeb! is and his positions on issues are liberal/progressive and not conservative. Getting Pataki,Christy, Perry, Kasich, Rubio, Graham, Huckabee, Walker, and Paul into the race was essential to drown out Ted Cruz.

The RNC’s playbook is very effective, McCain and Romney being nominated is proof of that.

¡Yeb! was supposed to be the beneficiary of that this time.

Then Trump happened.

Excellent summary of where we are. You have been reading Conservative Tree House. A great source on the GOPe roadmap.

I agree with your take on this.

I would only state that a person doesn’t need to read an explanation of this to come up with this view.

This has been my exact take on it this pre primary season.

The seventeen candidates was just force overload IMO.

Of course Jebra was the intended winner this time. And Trump has destroyed that effort IMO.
