Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills, former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton’s top aides, used personal email accounts to conduct government business in addition to a State Department email and an account on the controversial server Mrs. Clinton kept at her New York home, the State Department confirmed to a federal court Friday.
The State Department admitted to the judge that it doesn’t have control over those documents, and can’t be sure it has all of the records from their time in the administration.
John F. Hackett, the top open-records official at the department, said they have officially concluded that Ms. Abedin and Ms. Mills “used personal email accounts located on commercial servers at times for government business.” Ms. Abedin, meanwhile, had an account at clintonemail.com, the domain tied to the Clinton home server.
Mr. Hackett also said he has no way of knowing what else might be out there, and has to trust the two women and their lawyers to turn over what they have.

I think you are correct on all accounts. What I don’t understand is the rehashing of the Email/Server issue. They are keeping it on the front page. Hillary is making jokes about the situation. I would look into the Clinton Foundation which is funneling $Billions. BO gets his slice one way or another. He can let this email flap continue and then Pardon her. They all keep their money.
What if the Clinton Foundation purchased the entire system? That was mentioned a few weeks ago. Also, Bill used the Server. I don’t believe a Clinton has ever paid for anything. The wrote it off for the Foundation(s) and were running their own government. FBI should be looking at the beginning of this enterprise. Not the end.
The term “rogue operation” springs easily to mind.

True, she had to deal with routine actions through the State Dept, but for truly important info, she dealt only through her server.
The telling fact here is how long it has taken the FBI to start securing these points of contact, giving many people a chance to cover their tracks, clean their hard drives. Destroy evidence.
....Certainly at least some small number of those would be emails to or from Abedin, wouldn’t they?.....
The biggest problem I see is the foot dragging by the FBI. The IG has known for months that classified info was on Hillary’s server and thumb drive and no move by the FBI to secure either. Giving people a lot of time to delete and coordinate actions.

In a properly functioning universe, this would be in order to tap phones and intercept communications that would implicate the conspirators. Perhaps the FBI has already recruited some of the conspirators and they are wearing wires. Linda Tripp wore one, didn't she?
I’m over Trey Gowdy. I thought he was one of a very small few that would bring justice and law and order back to that criminal enterprise in Washington. I watched him this morning, he said everything Hillary said was a falsehood. Then he didn’t have the balls to call her a liar. Someone who only speaks falsehoods is by definition, a liar!
He used lawyer/political speak. I’m sick to death of it!
