The sample of 40 emails from a body of over 30,000, where 2 of the 40 (or 5%) were top secret leads to a safe assumption that over 1500 emails may have been classified top secret - if the sample was a truly random sample and not a directed one. The story is unclear as to the method of ascertainment.

Where is/was the backup/failover server(s)? Komrade Kriminal Klinton is in the deep dog-doo up to the top of her pointy little head.
