Walker is a dyed in the wool GOPe coward on Obamacare, illegals and homosexual marriage. The best he can do is wind test behind Cruz and Trump.

I disagree with those who think Walker and Cruz need to be liked Trump.

Walker is steady, reasoned and comes off as thoughtful on the issues....more so than those that breathe fire.

I know many FReepers and conservatives want to scream and yell loudly because we had 4 years of Bush41, who rarely defended conservatism....we had 8 years of Clinton lying on a regular basis.....we had Bush43 who didn’t defend himself, let alone conservatism.....and now 6 years of Obama blaming conservatism and traditional, constitutional America for all the world’s problems.

I understand we want someone to fight back loudly and strongly.

But Trump is not the guy. He is not a conservative. He will not change things in DC. He is part of that system and he bragged about it. He made his billions through that system. He wants his kids to make billions through the current system.

I think Walker’s strategy....for now....is to play it even and cool, keep preaching conservatism and putting out proposals.....and hope Trump screws up.

Walker knows that you cannot out-Trump Donald Trump.
