Comedian Rosie O’Donnell’s second eldest and adopted child Chelsea went missing last Tuesday, August 11th:
After days of being missing, Chelsea was found by police hiding out at a home in Nyack, New York.
It’s been reported that the seventeen-year-old runaway was spending her days with twenty-five-year-old Steve Sheerer, who has been convicted of drug offenses and arrested for endangering a child.
The two met on the dating app Tinder this past July, according to reports.
Police were able to locate Chelsea through a burner phone, which she had purchased during her runaway-stint:
Officer Nicholas Dapuzzo located Chelsea at Sheerer’s home:
‘When I got to the house, a man there said she wasn’t in house.
‘I told him of the severity of the incident, she was a juvenile and she needed medication.
At this point, Sheerer admitted to officer Dapuzzo that she was, in fact, in the home.
Patrolman Dapuzzo and his partner Tim Bradshaw said Chelsea was hiding in the attic, wearing jeans and a hoodie, and holding her therapy dog:
‘He finally let us in the house and Chelsea was hiding upstairs in the attic.
“He didn’t want us going in the house, but she came right down.
‘She said she didn’t want to be home and came here ‘Thursday-ish’.’
Chelsea, who has mental health issues, had left her medication at home.
After Chelsea returned home, for reasons unknown. Rosie posted this to Twitter:

According to officer Dapuzzo, he did not believe Chelsea and Sheerer were romantically involved:
“I wouldn’t say he was a boyfriend, more of an acquaintance. She stayed there a few nights and she had stayed elsewhere, but she wouldn’t tell me where.”
Since Chelsea’s return, Rosie stated that her daughter is doing well and is back on her medications.
What a mess when sweathogs mate then want to adopt and screw up the kids.

Actually happened and the two men were caught and arrested, they had adopted 2-3 little boys.
