Before he went insane, Vincent Bugliosi wrote what was perhaps the most insightful and deeply analytical book regarding the entire OJ Simpson fiasco titled, "Outrage: The Five Reasons Why O.J. Simpson Got Away with Murder". In the book, there is a somewhat lengthy discourse on competence, incompetence and mediocrity and how it pervades all aspects of our daily lives. I think of it frequently when my day-to-day observations support and reinforce the points he made in that particular section of the book.

Incompetence on display.
Maybe the graphic artist wanted to see what he could get away with. Or maybe he has Bush on a stock photo in every state for fliers and really missed this hand. I guess if the artist superimposed Jeb on 50 different stock photos, it could have been an oversight.
This photo represents the direction of Jeb’s campaign. He needs to quit now. His incompetence is showing.
