FARGO – A pair of NDSU students got quite the scare Monday night when armed Fargo police officers mistook their telescope for a rifle.

Here, LEOs are required to have a college degree...............................I wonder if they do there as well?................... Only a college degree? I think all LEOs should be College Professors to ensure that they never do anything stupid!
