Deport Jorge Ramos (vanity)
August 26, 2015

Posted on 08/26/2015 12:02:55 PM PDT by ConservativeInPA

Jorge Ramos was born in Mexico City on March 16, 1958.

Today he claims dual citizenship and votes in Meixco and American.

For Ramos to become a US citizen needed to renounce his Mexican citizenship.

The US citizenship oath he had to take reads, in part;

"I hereby declare, on oath, that I absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty of whom or which I have heretofore been a subject or citizen; that I will support and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States of America ...

But the “wise” supremes disagree...

From Wikipedia:

“Based on the U.S. Department of State regulation on dual citizenship (7 FAM 1162), the Supreme Court of the United States has stated that dual citizenship is a “status long recognized in the law” and that “a person may have and exercise rights of nationality in two countries and be subject to the responsibilities of both. The mere fact he asserts the rights of one citizenship does not, without more, mean that he renounces the other”, Kawakita v. U.S., 343 U.S. 717 (1952). In Schneider v. Rusk, 377 U.S. 163 (1964), the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that a naturalized U.S. citizen has the right to return to his native country and to resume his former citizenship, and also to remain a U.S. citizen even if he never returns to the United States.”

A friend became a US citizen. She wanted to keep her other citizenship and asked the State Department rep about that section of the oath.
She was told if there was any part of the oath she didn’t want to swear to, to just not say that part of the oath.

This was during the Bush 43 administration.

The "wise Supremes" are not so wise. Why have oath when it means nothing.

Sorry, forget that. Words have no meaning.

Let’s make sure his money transfers are taxed to the max first. Then we put his penniless ass on a cattle car bound for Ciudad Juarez in Chihuahua after whispering to narco terrorist double agents on the other side that he’s a covert agent for the DEA. I like that better.

You know, at this point, I say we start using the left’s tactics. They have no problem repeating what they know are falsehoods to get a movement going.

So, let’s ignore what aquila found and start demanding that Ramos resign and be deported.

You have effectively identified one of the problems, at least generically. Cry baby, weak, RINOs.

Yea, let’s get rid of any one in the press that disagrees with our opinion. That is the American way. Go Trump.
