Jorge Ramos Makes the Case for Donald Trump
nysenate.gov ^ | 26 Aug 2015 | Senator Rev. Rubén Díaz District 32 Bronx County, New York

Posted on 08/26/2015 7:00:13 PM PDT by 11th_VA

You should know that last night, during Donald Trump’s press conference in Dubuque, Iowa there was a confrontation between Univision reporter Jorge Ramos and US Presidential Candidate Donald Trump.

After watching that interview, I believe that Jorge Ramos’ actions were an embarrassment to Hispanics, immigrants, reporters and to Univision.

We all know that Donald Trump has become #1 in the polls because when he talks about immigration, he stirs a sentiment that resonates with many Americans who think that immigrants come here to take cover, be macho men, and enjoy the rights without respect, and do whatever they want to do.

Jorge Ramos’s responsibilities were to wait until he was called upon like every other reporter, and to ask his question when called upon – not to grandstand about his views on immigration before he was called to even ask a question. It was embarrassing to watch Jorge Ramos conduct himself they way he did last night. He did not wait for his turn to ask a question, and he was not respectful when he did ask.

Even when he was allowed to return to the press room, Jorge Ramos started to ask his question with his own opinion: "Here's the problem with your immigration plan. It's full of empty promises."

Jorge Ramos’ preamble to his question for Donald Trump showed us all how he was trying to engage in debate with Donald Trump – not to be an objective news reporter. He tried to tell Donald Trump what he can do and what he cannot do.

You should know that there is a reporter by the name of Gerson Borrero who has disagreed with me on many occasions, but when he interviews me, he asks direct questions and allows me to answer his questions. He does not inject his personal views into any of his questions. THAT is the job of a reporter.

With last night’s behavior of Jorge Ramos, he made the case for many of Donald Trump’s followers and other Americans who reject immigrants, thinking that we came here to take over without regard for any rules. I have to say that I believe Jorge Ramos’ behavior may have helped Donald Trump’s poll numbers to rise.

I am State Senator Rev. Rubén Díaz and this is what you should know.

The man embarrassed himself and showed what a drama queen he is , plus how and the amnesty crowd are afraid of immigration laws being enforced .

All they want is to make this country into a Spanish speaking country.

Little Jorge needs to go home where people won’t “discriminate” against him because of his stupidity.

I hope Rev. Diaz realizes that he has nearly perfectly laid out the case Trump is making with respect to illegal immigration. Jorge Ramos did not want to follow the rules of the press conference and thought he should to go the front of the line and have priority over everyone else, just like illegals do. Trump’s response mirrored what the national response to illegal immigration should be - if you break the rules you are going to get tossed out. And if you’re willing to follow the rules we will allow you to come back in and take your turn along with everyone else.

Ramos didn’t ask any questions, interrupted another journalist that Trump called on and just started screaming that He (Trump) couldn’t deport 11 million illegal immigrants! Saying he had a RIGHT to ask questions, when he wasn’t asking questions! These journalist turds should do this to Obama & Hillary!!!

Ramos DESERVED to be escorted out of the press conference!!!! He was escorted out!

Trump allowed Ramos to come back if he’d follow the protocol he established. The guy came back and true to his word Trump called on Ramos to ask a question & engaged him for a few minutes.

He hit the nail on the head with that one. At least I'm encouraged that not all Hispanics are supporting the unprofessional actions of Jorge Ramos.

Jorge Ramos is NOT a journalist
Jorge Ramos IS a propagandist and entertainer.

Jorge Ramos and UniVision are defendants of a lawsuit because they tore up a legal contract with Trump

Jorge Ramos and UniVision must precede any Political stories and Newscasts by declaring their conflict of interest

As much as I detest Diaz...who is the author of much of NY’s stupid legislation..he’s right this time. Ramos helped to demonstrate exactly what’s wrong with the illegal aliens especially from Mexico

If Jorge Ramos wants to debate Trumps immigration plan, Ramos can quit his day job and run for POTUS

I think the powerful in Mexico would put a quick end to Jorge trying to upset their gravy train.

Senator Diaz was very brave and honest to come forward in the face of militant Mexican fascists like Ramos, who is filthy rich himself, owns restaurants in Mexico City and several other ventures. I don’t know that he owns Univision but they are anti-American except for when it comes to cashing in, on America.

Diaz will get push back, I fear.

UniVision and Ramos are deadbeats period....they’ll be trying to trip up Trump over this lawsuit and a host of other nonsense....

Frankly Trump needs to get on message and just ignore this junk they’re dishing out...

This is why Trump can do surprisingly well with Hispanics and minorities, if and when he ever decides to go to them and ask for their vote. I wish he would hurry up.

And not only did Trump throw his butt out because the guy was disrespectful, but to let everyone knows what he knows...the guy is not here legally, you cannot hold a citizenship in Mexico and one in the United States....

Wake up America, Trump is talking and nobody is hearing him....crickets, crickets.....

The entire leftist entitlement factory won’t like this one.

Facts are anathema to them and proper conclusions therefrom are despised.

The Mexican journalist-television host has an estimated net worth of $215 million. He owes his fortune to smart stock investments, substantial property holdings, lucrative endorsement deals with CoverGirl cosmetics. He also owns several restaurants (the “Fat Ramos Burger” chain) in Mexico City, a Football Team (the “Mexico City Angels”), has launched his own brand of Vodka (Pure Wonderamos - Mexico), and is tackling the juniors market with a top-selling perfume (With Love from Jorge) and a fashion line called “Jorge Ramos Seduction”.
