Jeb Bushs not so great week got worse today.
The former Florida Governor began it by defending his use of the controversial term, anchor babies. Then he said it was more of an Asian issue than one involving Latino immigrants. Later it was reported that there have been money issues with his campaign, with some staff members paychecks having recently shrank.
Now Bush wakes up to a new national Quinnipiac poll on the GOP 2016 race, where he finds himself trailing Donald Trump by 21 points.
Trump is at 28 percent, Ben Carson is second with 12 percent, and Jeb is now tied in third place with just 7 percent of the vote, along with fellow Miami area resident Marco Rubio and Texas Senator Ted Cruz.

Exactly!
My question was more rhetorical....and typifies leftists inability to grasp ECO101.
The same thing that happened to our national treasury, Liberals and RINO’s blew it all to enrich themselves and their friends.
Grandaddy Bush ... rode the coattails of Ronaldus Magnus.
George W. Bush .... rode his daddy’s coatails.
Jeb Bush .... grabbing the tattered remains of what was a long-tailed coat, once a mantle of honor, worn by a great man.
How scary is that?
BTTT
Hey, it’s Quinnipiac: what did you expect? Honesty?!
4 of the top 5 are anti-establishment. Great news. And it appears the Rats will have a real race this time too so they will not be voting in our primaries.
(¨I can't believe I'm losing to this guy¨)
Greg Jarret and Steve Hayes are beside themselves trying to explain this. Look like they are going to cry and harping on Trump’s lack of specifics. Hayes, to his credit, said Trump’s supporters see his statements as his policy because they see him as having the ability to get things done. This ‘lack of specifics’ line is getting old. Trump holds press conferences before every rally and fields every question. I can’t think of any other candidate that even comes close to doing this. Jobs and economic policy are coming out after Labor Day. Forbes and Laffer are helping with this. Trump will dominate the news cycle for another two weeks after that and then will probably release a position paper every few weeks. Pure genius in dominating the news coverage....
Wow, rand paul at 1 percent. He really screwed up.
Yea, I liked that one too. Maybe the Trump campaign can turn that into a bumper sticker.
If they lose all three initial primaries, the Trump electoral bulldozer will become a M1 tank and squash Jebbie. There are only about four months until the IA caucuses.
Rubio can throw his 7 percent to Jebbie, and then a third Bush will be the runner-up, but will that be enough?
What if Rubio’s 7 percent of voters object to being treated as a commodity and won’t go along with that plan?
Who dat? Some new kid dating Linda Grahamnesty? /s
Anything that ruins Roves day makes my week.
But, but, but, it's my turn, darn it.
