ROANOKE, Va. (AP) — The woman who survived the on-air shooting that killed two TV journalists says she never saw the gunman walk up to the group because the camera's bright light blinded her.
Vicki Gardner, a chamber of commerce official, was answering questions about the community on live TV when the gunfire erupted. She was wounded as she fell to the ground after hearing the first gunshots, her husband said Friday.
The gunman, Vester Flanagan, ambushed WDBJ-TV cameraman Adam Ward and reporter Alison Parker during the interview Wednesday at the Smith Mountain Lake Visitor Center....

I am not sure what the article meant but I gleaned that the future killer was offended by Miss Parker when she mentioned an address that had the word “cotton” in it. Taken as a reference to slavery in the fevered brain of Vester Flanagan.

Not far from the truth except I doubt they are being “forced”. Most I have seen or dealt with are indeed well over their level of competency.
I anticipate seeing more of such killings as the copy-cats begin to surface. We see similar killings happening to law enforcement people who are ambushed by some “disgruntled” idiot. And yet we hear “crickets” coming from the usurper in chief to put a lid on the stupidity.
By “forced” I meant the government pushing to have more blacks and other minorities hired into the workforce to meet actual quotas as to levels of employment - Limbaugh did a whole segment this week about it in broadcasting - he watched it back in the ‘80’s - well qualified and experienced whites pushed out of jobs for which they worked and prepared for years for new-hires totally inexperienced and under prepared - I saw the same thing in the hospital field - white males in line for a higher level job for which they were a prefect fit in knowledge and experience cast aside and replaced by a young black female who had never worked in a hospital setting before in her life - funny thing was the powers who put her into the job couldn’t stand her a few years later and exiled her to an assignment far, far away - but the white guy had still had his career unjustly short-circuited - sickening and silly.....
