Donald Trump has outdone himself — he’s managed to bring one ancient person back to political life.

Beada Corum, 92, recently registered to vote for the first time so she could vote for Trump,. On Saturday, Aug. 29, she got to meet The Donald in person.

Trump sealed the campaign-trail revival when he kissed Corum on the cheek at the National Federation of Republican Assemblies Conference, when they posed for the cameras.

It’s interesting to see the folks who keep making these asinine comments about DT. Seems to be a core group of about 15 or so.

Well, there are about that many candidates besides Trump, Carson and Cruz, right?

92 years old and never voted!!

Hate to pick on an old lady here, but SHE is part of the problem in this country.

I expect it was meant as a “small-s” savior. The reason it was capitalized was because it was part of a title. Throughout our lives we are blessed with small-s saviors who help us along the way.

Lighten up, Francis!

Easy.

I feel Trump can build the wall, make better deals with foreign countries than are made now, protect our vets better than they’re being protected toey, save Social Security and stop illegals from flooding the country.

I’ve voted for Republicans who ‘SAY THE RIGHT THINGS’ year after year after year. Then they go to Washington and they DO NOTHING. D-fendr - do you want me to fall for people who say ‘all the right focus tested buzz phrases AGAIN? I want an outsider. All new outsiders...

(OH, and Trump gave money to all the pols because everyone in the world lines up to buy our politicians. Americans need to get in on the scam... Better than Bill Clinton wanting to shake down the Republic of Congo and North Korea for millions of dollars... probably in exchange for small bits of information and influence.)

I don’t care what Trump said in the past - I care what he’s going to DO in the future.

Trump has a record of being able to make things happen. When he says he can build a wall - or fix US infrastructure I know he can...

Now that we've seen the response from Republicans and Democrats to Trump saying he's going to build the wall and tell illegals to go home we see the truth.

The truth is Republicans and Democrats NEVER planned on doing anything about stopping illegals.

They haven't done anything in the past ten years... what makes you think they'll do anything in the next twenty. Well, other than make the current crop of illegals into citizens... then 'put off' anything to do with stopping the flood.

Republicans and Democrats NEVER planned on building the wall or stopping illegals from coming here. It was just a bullsh*t lie they told to American citizens to get reelected.

OH, and Trump gave money to all the pols because everyone in the world lines up to buy our politicians.

What did Trump buy supporting Harry Reid, Pelosi, Senate and House Democrats? Was he buying Obamacare? What did he get for his money?

Aren’t you tired of our people ‘saying the right things’ then going to DC and NOT doing squat?

Sure, but that's no excuse for supporting a self-promoting megalomaniac, who says whatever gets a headline, who has no clue what conservatism is and has no political principles other than what brings him money or power.

I get the frustration, just not the response.

Trump may be the least conservative of the 17 but he is without a doubt the most trustworthy. Your distaste for him blinds you to the fact that all of the other candidates have either flip flopped repeatedly or lied to you.

Did you forget to mention he also supported all of the Republican campaigns and has in fact given more to Republicans than Democrats? Perhaps that doesn’t fit your talking points?

What is your explanation of his support for the campaigns of Hillary, Reid, Senate and House Campaign Committees?

He got access. That’s what most people buy. When ‘big donors’ call pols pick up the phone. If you call - if I call we never get through...

So, I believe you’re saying: Trump got his phone calls answered and we got Obamacare.

Either he has no principles or he sold them out.

Can you see any other possible conclusion resulting from your response?

Even to people whose politics he opposes? Even those whose success would be very harmful to the country?

For his own personal gain? Is that the motive?

What would you say about the principles of someone, someone other than Trump, who did this?

You don’t understand much about business do you? You have to deal with a lot of people, people you even abhor and smile while you do it. If you want to succeed in life you have to just grin and bear it.

I think it is a liberal worldview that businessmen must be corrupt and self-serving.

I’ve been in business all my life and politics for much of it. I’ve known and dealt with many heavy-hitters in political contributions.

Those I know have integrity: their personal, business and political lives are integrated. They don’t see a difference between what is right for the country and what is right for themselves. They do not violate their principles for personal or business gain. They fight against those with values they don’t support. Always.

To do otherwise is corruption and lack of integrity.

Why would you disagree with this basic and obvious point?
