Yea, I’m aware. Also aware of just how much leeway a cop has to pull you over and to charge you.
We have a ton of serious issues with the respect for rights. There is no way in hell that I’m going to hitch those issues and my credibility to some vagrant dumb ass who’s sense of self-worth is derived from casting vulgar insults at cops.
Zero sympathy.
And frankly, I don’t really put much stock in court rulings as defining what is right and wrong, Constitutional, or just. The SCOTUS rules 5-4 most of the time, which means half the judges are just passing on their personal opinions.
Nice, so we know you won’t complain when someone else decides to be the arbitrator of your of your rights and which ones get to be restricted. Freedom of speech and expression is supposed to be for all, not just some and as I recall there is no right to not be offended and that applies to police too.And that leeway that police have has cost the taxpayers a lot of money when they pull dumbass moves.
