Had he sold them would have gone to jail for sure.

Quite right simple unauthorized possession of national security information is a felony.

I hope is got a deal in writing from the FBI before turning over the pages or they can still come after him for the possession and hacking.

Next we’ll hear she uses Prodigy.

Yes, he could turn them over to Gowdy, but Gowdy could not give him immunity from prosecution by the Justice Dept. He was not allowed to be in possession of this info. This wasn’t a hack of someone’s Facebook, which is indeed a crime, albeir a much lesser one. This is national security and he knew it but hacked the account anyway.

If he really does have this, his attorney needs to strike an immunity agreement.

He gave examples of headers from 2013 —— the same ones Guccifer had released. Is this just a fake?

What would be the odds that FBI (and other agencies, including Obama WH) already have all the email and stuff?

This hacker development ‘story’ just made sure the world knows FBI have all the stuff.

Hillary's email server system was so un secure and easy to penetrate that there are no doubt dozens of downloaded copies of her e mail files in the hands of dozens of amateur hackers world wide, along with any other classified information she had stored on the server.

All of the people who are covering for Hillary and Obama are now on notice that everything they illegally deleted or covered up in violation of Federal Espionage laws could show up in a public download at any time and probably soon will.

I don’t know anything about this guy, but he has the slightly feminine, metrosexual look to him. From my experience, “men” like that are the least trustworthy in positions of power.

I thought the Smartest woman in the world would be on top of the latest innovations and not using an almost 30 year old email provider.

Doesn’t sound right. If she was using an AOL-based email service, then she wouldn’t need her own mail server.

“You don’t want classified info. A team is going to show up and impound every computer, phone, hard drive, CD,DVD, thumb drive, camera and anything else that could possibly record data. And they will try to do the same to all of his friends, family and anybody else unfortunate enough to be in contact with him.”

I would have done this:

Then I would have put the emails on a thumb drive, enclosed it in a very well sealed 80-gauge pvc pipe, and buried it deep in the ground somewhere not likely to be suspected, and no where near my home.

Then I would post them all online, using an anonymous name and on an anonymous server, over an encrypted VPN showing my location in Kenya.

I still might get caught, but until I did I’d kick back and enjoy the show.

And her e mail password was probably something like HDRh8sMonica or 12345 because we know for a fact that celebrity hacker Guccifer cracked her password and spent time roaming around her homebrew e mail server system and downloading whatever interested him at his leisure - and was never caught until he himself went public with the news of how hackable her system was.

Got a link for that?

Guccifer hacked into Sydney Blumenthal's email, which gave him access to a lot of email from Hillary. But this is the first I've heard that he got into Hillary's server directly.

If Hillary doesn’t go the jail for this, then there is no point in having anti espionage laws on the books.

There is no point in having anti espionage laws on the books.

There is no point in even having books. We live now in a lawless land.

It’s simply incomprehensible how she could have been so irresponsible with the national security of the United States and it’s terrifying that subordinates and even other Cabinet Secretaries were so intimidated by her that they refused to call her out on her actions.

Incomprehensible, and even more so that she is a legitimate candidate for the presidency and doing fairly well.
