Let's face it: Jeb's only hope is that 'Rat voters pull an 'Operation Chaos' and cross over to vote for him in open primary states, knowing full well that he's the guy with the glass jaw. If HRC's scandals sink her campaign, the 'Rat primary becomes competitive, and the 'Rat primary voters will stay on their side of the aisle.

Actually, his strategy is to stay out of the spotlight and say as little as possible, so as few people as possible come to realize what a fool and blithering idiot he really is.
First, arrange for the assassination of Trump, Carson, Fiorina, Cruz, Walker, Rubio, and anyone else ahead of him.
Second, have plausible deniability - be vacationing somewhere in Mexico, talking Spanish to American tourists.
