IIRC, border guard Brian Terry was using a shotgun loaded with beanbags when his opponents weren’t (they used “Fast and Furious” scandal firearms). Same stupid idea: if you’re trying for “less lethal” when opponents are using all-out lethal weapons, you die.

especially if he's a thug on PCP the size of Michael Brown. You fire something like that and he's just going to flip around and say, "can you rub the other side now"?
