Of course Rush knows the difference. He also know what his audience wants to hear. They want to hear macho swaggering and he gives it to them.

We should never forget what Rush himself has said - he is first of all an entertainer. Being on the Donald's side is good for his ratings.

Eminent domain does not allow TAKINGS for private economic development. Google Justice Scalia and Kelo.

I am well aware of the difference and pointed it out in two comments I made to you. Kelo is wrong headed as wrong can be but Eminent Domain is a necessary evil. Eminent Domain can be evil if government theft at below market values are placed on your property but it requires a corrupt government to do that, a prime example is the way railroads were given great powers to steal and still effect us today. Google the Feinstein land swap deal where she managed to unload a bunch of patchwork railroad property.
