On September 17, the Bisbane Times published a video interview with Richard Dean Anderson—star of the hit 1980’s show MacGyver—in which Anderson talked about how he is not proud of the USA when it comes to the country’s gun culture.
He also criticized the “despicable attitudes” he sees in the NRA.
Anderson told the Bisbane Times, “[There is] too much injury and death happening, especially in the states, I’m not so proud of that aspect of my country.”
Ironically, the day before this video interview was posted, Breitbart News reported that Panama plans to loosen gun restrictions because of the way crime plummeted in the U.S. once gun restrictions began to be loosened in the late 1980s.

I agree with him. It's un-American how many people want to disarm the citizenry.

He used the show to push gun control on just about every episode. It really irritated me.
Not sure what his psychological problem is but I do think he is mentally off.

The evidence is undeniable: in free nations the people have guns. In dictatorships they don’t. Global and historical evidence is consistent and unyielding.
Forget debates about the NRA, background checks, gun show loopholes, etc. They are sideshows.
Freedom = guns owned by the people. Unpleasant for some, but utterly, undeniably true even if you’re a gun grabber.
I like Jack O’Neill, even if his second portrayer is a meathead. Now, I’m really never wanting to find out Amanda Tapping is a meathead.

There were a more than a couple of episodes where he was inventing a weapon to disarm the bad guys when all he had to do was grab the closest pole or stick close by in the scenes and defend. Time was of the essence and this clown plays the doctor on Gilligan’s Island and comes up with stuff that are not irrelevant..
there was one episode where he knocked out the bad guy with an Mac 10, and instead if using the gun as a weapon chose to make a makeshift fishing rod. <My uncles were “use the gun you idiot! You’re wasting time!”
He must be angling for a new TV show so he has to sing the tune of the leftists.What a pussy
