That's correct. I never signed one for my girls either. Basically, it's permission for the school to reproduce pictures of the child in media. While it was more than likely intended for things like the school's website and printed material, it would include news stories, too.

Because in 2009, Obama still needed to win the election in 2012 so he could complete the destruction of our once great country. He couldn’t be as ‘Muslim sympathetic’ before that election, could he?? His true colors (i.e. BLM, illegal immigrants,etc) are only showing because he knows no one will do anything about anything he does.
